very hardworking and understanding company

I appreciate credit acceptance, I tried getting a vehicle at so many dealerships and no luck. I’m thankful for my vehicle.

Dealer was partially fair. Not even 2 month and the car already failed on me. Head gasket is bad. Almost messed up entire engine. My car been the shop for 2 weeks. And then they telling me if they will cover . Like wtf. This is not why invested a car to last me 2 months. Before I have to come out of pocket to fix it. This warranty is bullshit. How you have my car in the shop. Until yall arrive and approve the parts that’s needed. Plus to tell me wait another 3 weeks

Todo bien asta que recibí la llamada de una asistente que para empezar empezó a hacerme preguntas sobre mi fecha de naciemiento y al yo preguntar que sobre qué se trataba o por qué preguntaba eso solo repetía que para obtener más información le verificara mi fecha de nacimiento cuando yo no había llamado para pedir información de nada al no decir la fecha de mi nacimiento se molestó y colgó mal servicio en eso

Excellent service in terms of assistance and transparency. They give you reminders several days before your payment is due, which is a true help.

I haven't had to call you for anything. I like the billings in paper and on phone and when Jeep payment is made I get confirmation. This is a simple process. Just wish the interest rate was lower.
