Really great and explained it in a way I understand

Brandon Thonson was so helpful, kind and nonjudgmental. He explained my situation to me well and really heard me out and gave me options. I appreciated his kindness and his ability to see a way out of my situation when I felt I couldn’t. Thank you Brandon!
