I got some really helpful advice from Vidhee Boyjoo in customer service today, which I intend to follow-up on. She listened to my concern, understood how I could resolve my concern and gave constructive information as a next step.
I'm really happy with the service I recieved today.

Haarvin Ramlal is absolute clueless, I have no idea how is he working for such a big company like creditfix! I’ve already complaint about him to customer services, I literally can’t open up on here and don’t want him to contact or email me ever again.

I had quite an important financial issue which was causing me stress. I spoke with Keshav Mathoorah, who was kind and helpful. Not only resolved my issue, but made me feel calm. I'm not a fan of creditfix as a company, but they hire some very lovely people.

Yuvranee was fantastic on the recent phone call. Walked me through how my account will be the final stages of completion. Thanks Yuvranee again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Throughout My IVA Journey

I have successfully completed my IVA payments and want to sincerely thank the team for their excellent support throughout.

Special thanks to Callum Campbell and Ishitah Jeebun, who were professional, patient, and helpful. They clearly explained the IVA closure process, what to expect over the coming months, and the steps to receive my Completion Certificate, giving me confidence and peace of mind at this milestone.

The service was courteous, prompt, and reassuring. After several years of commitment, completing my IVA feels great, and their guidance made the final stage much less stressful.

I would highly recommend CREDITFIX to anyone considering or currently in an IVA. Thank you again to Callum Campbell, Ishitah Jeebun, and the team for their support.

It has mostly gone well and I was very pleased for their help. There was recently a glitch, but it has been sorted out to my satisfaction, so all in all I can recommend them.

Shoovidha is, without doubt, one of the best customer service advisers I have spoken to. She was calm, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. Every question I asked was answered with confidence and care.

What really stood out was that she asked how my day was. It was a simple gesture, but it showed genuine kindness and reminded me that great customer service is about treating people with respect, not just solving problems.

She is a real asset to your organisation. If her managers read this review, I hope they recognise the value she brings and consider her for greater responsibility. People like Shoovidha set the standard for excellent customer service, and I have no doubt she has a bright future ahead of her.

Yuvranee was very kind and understanding of my difficulties recently and was very helpful with the phone call I had today.

Mandanee helped me today she was very polite friendly and efficient my enquiry was dealt with fast and she was very knowledgeable gave me all the information I needed and explained the process clearly

I was put in waiting for few minutes, I wasn't sure how long as I entaitained myself playing my favourite game. But once attended, Mandanee, was very efficient in responding to my queries.

I received a call from Ishitah Jeebun from Creditfx about changes they are making in house that would affect how I pay. She was very clear, polite, well spoken and patient whilst I found the details she needed.
