My collection was removed for a month and then another collection popped up again for the same collection different collector. I feel you are running a scam

The representative was vague and explained their services differently from what was outlined in the contract. He made it seem as though there was no chance the dispute would be denied, which was misleading. At no point did he mention that additional disputes or follow-up actions might be necessary. Overall, I ended up wasting $980, despite clearly explaining that I was already in a difficult financial situation.

Patient,kind, and helpful

About 6-8 months ago I called up 1 creditor on my FICO report to simply pay the bill. I gave up disputing it on my own and figured I’d just pay these thieves.
When I called to cancel the place was apparently closed (weekend) and the people that answered the phone were from a totally different company called Credit Joy. And let me tell you something, they are no joy. You’re so nice on the phone. They talk to me into what they called a guarantee to get this $618 cable bill removed from my credit report as well as tighten up a few other issues. They charge me $400 to get it started, and told me it would take a couple of months at $99 a month to get the item fixed. I jumped through all their hoops sent them my ID verified my address and also had to pay an additional 25 a month for a special credit report that they needed. after six months, I called them in frustration to cancel. It was so nice on the phone they convinced me that they were just about there as they sent out their second round round of letters any day now it’ll be cleared up. Well, it’s been three more months at $99 a month and nothing has changed on my credit report. Zero I spent over $1000 to clear up a $600 false cable bill. They are very nice people, but I recommend not using them. I asked them for a refund for the last two months where I was lied to again by the last representative. Oh no, we’re not able to give you any refund. Your account isn’t eligible for that.

I was duped by this company and charged $378 upfront for their services. I found out by law credit repair companies are not allowed to charge upfront for their services. I want to cancel and receive a refund.

There a scam be careful..... They lie and what not also no links ever worked 1000% a scam. I even tried to cancel my contract I was tricked into which I was successful but they kept my money disputing with my bank currently
