They ask for 50% of my debt and still didn’t fix shit they freaking suck

I called a number listed for LVNV Funding to negotiate a debt and was routed to Credit Glory. I clearly stated multiple times I did NOT want credit repair services—only to settle my $2,700 debt. The rep (Renee) repeatedly reassured me they would not dispute anything and would only help resolve the account, saying it could be handled for $1,500.

I told her I was driving, in a rush, and couldn’t review documents. She said they were only for verification, so I trusted her and agreed.

Within 3 business days, I called back for confirmation and was told I had been enrolled in a credit repair program instead. Jose, a very rude account manager, refused to help with my debt and denied refunding the $698 I paid, claiming services were provided—which is false.

I never authorized credit repair services. I was misled and taken advantage of. This company is deceptive and predatory.

Paul was very helpful in my process and even helped on a separate claim would definitely recommend.

Chantal was extremely helpful and left me feeling as though she had my best interest in mind. Thank you so much for all your help

I dont remember my CSR'S name but he was amazing! He was informative and walked me through the process, he reassured my understanding and was patient. There was point in conversation I was lost and he recited what he said, reexplained and gave examples from our conversation to make sure I understood. This was a stressful day and I honestly thought this was going to be the icing on the cake but he made it 10x better within 15 minutes of a conversation! I wish I remembered his name but I appreciate your patience and I hope the job recognizes good people like you!

Chantal was very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk. She walked me through everything. I held back on giving 5 stars, only because I want to know if it really works first. Chantal herself deserves 10 stars!

Excelent Help. He was absolutely fantastic at doing his job he explained everything properly and if i didnt understand he would explain it 2 where i would understand, he answered all my questions and he helped me ultimately get the ball rolling on a bright future. I wish i got his name because he really deserves alot of credit and acknowledgement for being great at customer service and making me feel very comfortable with this whole situation.
