My account manager was very thorough going over the renewal and made me aware of other services offered.

So far so good. We just signed up yesterday, I am still navigating through it. I do like the fact you can make the report what you need it to be and remove some of the unnecessary things.

Good presentation on what you can do with Creditsafe. Although a little pushy to sign up right away.

CreditSafe, ok but not ok.
CreditSafe increased our costs by 66% in one year. Now look, we all are aware of price increases and we have to roll with them but an increase of $1,000 for the year is greedy and unacceptable. There wasn't even an offer to a slight discount for the year being that there was such a high increase.
We would've accepted (and budgeted for 20-25%) but 66% is certainly not the way to treat customers what have been around for many years.
Next year we will be seeking an alternative route just because there was ZERO intent to negotiate or even treat us as a small business as we truly are.

Creditsafe USA is not at all like the competition.

You can start by furnishing the correct information for your report. Your reports cannot be trusted so why would anyone want to subscribe to your service. I am convinced that you have someone who is intentionally
supplying incorrect information in our report .

Credit Safe Sales was patient, they listened, and were responsive to our needs. The Credit Safe product was found to be competitive with DNB, so moving to Credit Safe as our primary provider was easier, yet still a major change for Zeus.

Gabriel was really helpful! I probably asked him the same questions multiple times and answered them patiently.

The efficiency of trade tape scoring, 3DLedger updates, and file append processes needs enhancement. Additionally, data matches are occasionally incorrect.

Quality service at a reasonable price with customer support available.

Keeping track of the risk levels associated with each individual company we work with and being able tweak with the available metrics in which you can run reports to determine their overall standing is invaluable in our decision-making processes. Can't say enough good things about CreditSafe and what they offer. A must have for any business that carries A/R on their financials.

Our representative, Michelle Regan-Zamora, makes our renewal process seemless. She reviewed all the products we current use with Creditsafe and checks in periodically through out the year to make sure we are satisfied with all products. Creditsafe has a user-friendly interface, which I really appreciate.

We find the information that we receive of more value that what we currently are seeing from another well known credit reporting agency and at a cost much less.

My sales rep Crystal was very hands on and professional. Seamless process to get started. Options were clear and concise.

Great service at fair prices. Reports are helpful with plenty of good data.

I can't always find what I am looking for. the results depend on participation and that makes a big difference.
