Our approval process used to take hours, now it takes minutes.

Worked with credit saint a few years ago because of a negative mark on my credit and they took care of it, no problem. So I came back.
This time, however, I'm leaving very unhappy and will never use them again, nor recommend them. I'd rather keep a negative mark on my credit.
My husband and I called them for help with a "late/missed payment" that brought our credit scores way down. So we made 2 accounts with credit saint to fix it on each of our reports. My husband ended up talking to the lenders and working it out with them. Once we paid off the loan the lenders removed the negative mark. A few days later credit saint calls me and says it's all clear and I'm good to go. (They still haven't called my husband with that news.) 2.5 weeks later I was charged again by credit saint. When I called to ask why I'm still being charged for something they said was finished, they informed me that it was on me to close my account once they told me it was finished (??)
I asked for a refund and they said it was for services already rendered (they were monitoring my credit for the last 2.5 weeks), on top of that they tried to sell me more services. I didn't hire them to monitor my credit. I hired them to fix it and I took care of that myself.

Total shame and waste of money and have noticed my actual credit score has gone down since using there services

I hired credit saint in November 2024 I paid for the top tier monthly . They did absolutely nothing for me in 7 months even the 2 late pays they got removed were put back on . Do not hire them you will waiste months trying to repair your credit & your hard earned money ! They were so bad they 1st gave me 1/2 off my subscription then they gave me free! I told them I don't want free charge me double just give me consistency & any deletions so I can repair my credit . On my part I opened up new credit cards pay them in full every mth , credit lines make double payments & I opened up a 2nd auto loan not because of my score but the auto loan was approved because of my income . Credit saint has got to be the worst credit repair in the industry! Again , do not waiste your hard earned money they will do near nothing for you ! If I could give them a zero I would ! Christopher is all talk & no deletions this is there lane not mine ! All they say is there is no guarantee as there excuse, I did not hire them for guarantees , I hired them progress & I never put a # on it but this is why they are hired & this is why they are paid for DELETIONS . I never expected % deletions just progress & a equal partner to help me while I do my part ! Yelp has them at 2.1 stars ! Worst company I ever worked with very dis honest & they will never honor there money back guarantee ! BUYER BEWARE ! Any good reviews are there employees or family members no way they are a 4.5 stars on trust pilot while Yelp has them at 2.1 stars ? I just COMPLETELY waisted 7 months with them when I should have hired a credible company that prob would have me in the 700's by now but I fell for there phony reviews phony bs . Check Yelp!

UPDATED Review: From Frustrated to Heard — Thank You, Christopher 6/6/2025

After a frustrating experience with Credit Saint — including months of payments, little visible progress, and difficulty getting a response — I finally received a call from Christopher in the Client Care Specialist department, and I must say he completely turned things around.

Christopher took the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and resolve the issue I had been dealing with. Because of his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help, Credit Saint agreed to refund 3 months of payments, which I truly appreciate. He said the refund could take up to 10 business days, which I understand and am now waiting on.

I originally left a 1-star review, but I’m updating it to 4 stars solely because of Christopher’s exceptional customer care. He represented the kind of support and transparency I had been hoping for from the start. Thank you, Christopher — job well done.

Deceptive Promises, No Results, and No Accountability — Stay Away

We deeply regret ever signing up with Credit Saint. We were charged a $195 initial fee, followed by $140 per month for 3 months, and in return I received almost no visible work or real credit improvement. next payment is like in one week. As i am writing this review. i have been talking to a customer service representative for 30 minutes and he mislead me thinking he can handle the cancelation and refund because the first sentence i said is that is my goal today. he kept going on and on which i call it: "buttering up" before cancelation later to learn HE WAS NOT THE PERSON to handle that. right now i am still on hold for apparently to talk to another person in another department. as i am writing this review i am on hold adding up to almost 40 minutes from my initial call.

They promised a money-back guarantee if i am unhappy with work (at least that what we were sold) in 90 days — but when I called to cancel and request a refund, no one followed through. I left messages, asked for callbacks, and got zero accountability. Instead, they kept sweet-talking me to “stay and wait for results,” but nothing changed. This was back in May 19th.

It’s also extremely frustrating that they continue charging you monthly but deliver nothing for at least 45 days. By the time you realize you’re getting nowhere, you’ve already paid hundreds of dollars. When we join credit score was 554, 2 months later it was 529 with 1 removal of nothingness. we had to call credit card companies and boost our owe credit to help ourselves.

I feel misled, ignored. This company uses slick sales tactics, vague promises, and zero follow-up. I absolutely do not recommend Credit Saint to anyone serious about fixing their credit. You’re better off handling it yourself or finding a company that actually keeps its word.

I was/am in the process of fixing my credit however it got married by a business for services not rendered and credit saint managed to help me before it continues to wreck my credit. After only 3 months as well. Today I graduated and now I can breathe easy again.

The representative was very helpful and clear on my situation that makes it easier for me to see what I need to do he gave good advice and clear judgment thank you very much.

The best experience ever.

So far, Credit Saint excels in immediately contacting you to discuss their services and walk you through any questions. This company excels in customer service. I signed up for a competitor (Sky Blue) before hand and was severely dissatisfied as they failed where Credit Saints shined. I honestly was about to throw in the towel and give up until Credit Saints helped me regain the confidence in what is offered and their ability to meet my personal credit expectations. Most companies fail by pushing chat boxes and shitty voice mailing services but Credit Saints has longer availability hours to help you through questions. Credit Saints are blessing over the competition! Mervin is the guy to ask for! Awesome customer service!

Mr Roger was the best! He was highly informative and helpful will definitely be referring everyone i know!
