Credit Saint is a complete waste of time and total scam. I paid well over $1,000 for my spouse and myself as part of their "Clean Slate" program; and it was a waste of time, money, and effort. They never actually do anything & when you confront them about the issues; they run you around in circles telling you they will do x, y, z; then do nothing they actually say they are going to do. I'm still waiting for a return call & copies of my updated credit reports; which I never received at any point. This is a very dishonest company with deceptive practices and generally unprofessional conduct. I highly recommend you do more research before hiring these people and avoid wasting your time. The last time I posted a negative review; the company reached out and asked me to remove my review in exchange for assistance and even then didn't do a damn thing to help! Your money could be better spent hiring a law firm or finding an attorney who actually has an emphasis in this area of expertise. Avoid Credit Saint at all costs.

I started with them in December of last year, and after $195 a month since then, I cancelled today. They had the gall to tell me that an item was removed. It was an item that I had challenged directly with Experian at ZERO cost. I told them it wasn't even an item I had reported to Saint. Stay away. Try to pay down your debt, and it's time to have items removed.

From the message above, I received a direct call from a gentleman named Christopher. he was very professional and very thorough. He has offered a top tier service for the next 90 days. we will give it another shot.

They where very helpful and understandable with my situation and ensuring me that they will do everything possible to help me i look forward to working with them and getting results

Have already opted out of their e-mails, their website even says so when I click “unsubscribe” in the newsletter e-mails I still get from them. Garbage service and site, stop e-mailing me before I report you to the FTC.

I cancelled my subscription before a week went by and after checking my bank account, and without my knowledge they had taken $195.00 for their service even before doing anything. Now here is a company you can't really trust. Don't pay for these types of services beforehand. I did not know I paid until I chedcked bank. BEWARE!!! I lost $195.00 and had nothing done, just plain legal robbery.

A complete waste of time.

Attention consumers: My current personal experience advises you not to sign up with Credit Saint! They are a dishonest joke. Very unprofessional, uncorresponding and full of bs. How I wish I would have read reviews first and for that I just have to take the loss. Many of these reviews are very similar to my case and would’ve saved money spent.
I signed up with them around January 2025 and were now in April. However, during this time nothing about my credit report had really changed. My credit wasn’t really bad to begin with other than some late payments I made on loans yet paid in full. I asked the question from jump is there anything you can really do to fix it? She didn’t answer question but said if our services doesn’t suit you within 90 days you can get your money back…. Moving forward too today I called in and explained I wasn’t satisfied with the results of my status and I wasn’t going to continue to pay more money with such very slow progress and almost $250 being spent in less than 3 mths. Long story short, Chris denied my refund and gave a lot of excuses as to why I will not be getting refunded. I explained to her I made more progress than your company has by simply paying off my credit card which took my score up 50 points! And that I want to cancel my relationship with you because I’m not paying another dollar for 2 items removed out of 21. And the others rejected and needed a redo. It’s doesn’t take longer than 2 months to see real progress and so cancel me out. This company is so busy trying to hustle people out of their money they don’t contribute ample time in a day to each consumer to authentically handle their credit case. It’s a numbers game. And I’m betting out. Soon this company will be shut down! So to those of you who are in search of real help totally bypass this company and search elsewhere. Good luck.
