I returned an item on the 28th February, it was received by them on the 4th March and I’ve still not received a refund. I have sent an email and received no response. DO NOT buy from this company!

I reached out to crepsUK for a Chanel piece that I had searched over the world for and asked other personal shoppers and they came through! The service was wonderful, it was a large purchase so they sensed I was nervous but they couldn’t have been more professional at putting me at ease and updated me every step of the way. Terrible purchased a top online on Saturday payes 11 pound guaranteed delivery Sunday it didn't come on their site in small print says don't include Sunday.monday midday no sign of delivery or any email saying it will be delivered no phone number on their website do hard to contact them finials I find a email thing 3pm they tell me the.top that I orderd on Saturday was expecting Sunday now monday 3 pm is not coming and not in stock even though I have ordered it.on Saturday this is two days before Xmas.. as a person with disabilities it will be hard to get out and find a gift for a family member stay away from crep as what you order might not be instock especially if its a gift and you will have to chase it up i give them 1 star because you can't give 0

After an initial worrying experience, Creps contacted me and put it all right. I would use them again, for sure.

I bought 3 Labubu’s for daughter’s birthday. They arrived quickly. All the individual Labubu boxes have been opened which makes me worried though. The box they arrived in was in perfect condition. This has been done before placed in box and sent.
