I'm still disputing the charge for the supposedly Skin so Soft. This company is a complete rip off. Got 2 small bottles of Eelhoe oil. Nothing like the picture of the big Skin so Soft bottle!!! They refuse to send a return label and only offered a $6 refund!!! Do Not buy from this company unless you don't mind losing money and receiving a very POOR product!!! I have turned this matter over to my credit card company and I am waiting on an answer.

The phone charger isn't too bad. The problem is I can't keep the plug in it. It doesn't fit. I need it plugged in in order to use my map on the dash.

Order a product from Credomall and it was never delivered but they still got paid. There tracking number they sent still shows out for delivery on July 9th. But they say it was delivered June 30th. That was 7 days after I ordered, and coming from China there is no way it was delivered a week after ordering. I have cameras on both of my gates and nothing on delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

My shipping address needed a correction and the customer response team was helpful, polite, and efficient. They communicated with me clearly and the product arrived quicker than expected.

I immediately put all my blankets and winter coats in these bags. It was simple and fast. The only downside was it took a six weeks to get this product. I suggest ordering ahead of seasonal organizing plans.

The product was received in good condition and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. There was a problem with the billing end of the transaction, but it was handled very promptly! I should be receiving a credit soon. I'm very happy how everything was handled.

When I ordered I didn’t realize it was coming from China, so it took a long time to arrive.

If I knew it wasn’t coming out of the US I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m just grateful I got it in time.

I ordered a 2 pack of Skin-so-soft Body oil. I was sent an order number and a way to track the package. I waited several weeks, checking the tracking to see where the order was. Tracking finally said package delivered 7-7-26 but I never received it. My husband and I were home that entire day. I have reached out to Cresomall via their "contact us" e-mail but can get no response.

My experience was OK. Delivery was a little slow. I like the product.

I received yesterday and have not used yet but design looks like it will do well. My personal disappointment is that the total brush is so short. I am 78 and can’t bend so low anymore nor stand on ladders. Wanted to use on baseboards, ceiling fans, and vents in apartment. Ad video makes it look like it will do all those things. If you made an extended long handle it might have worked for me, but as is I don’t think it will.
