Ordered in June, still haven't seen a copy of the magazine - there was some mix-up with the mailing address, that the publisher said would take six weeks to fix (I worked in a company that did mailings - it should not take this long) We will wait another few days, then I may have to ask for a full refund. Unfortunately as it looked like a good magazine (if you can get it)

We've loved our experiences and the products that Cricket produces for years now. All three of our kids have benefited from what their various magazines offer.

I purchased a subscription for my granddaughter when she turned 4. She loves it - so I renewed it for her fifth birthday!

we love the products here. The back issues we ordered arrived quickly and were perfect for keeping my kid busy on the road trip!

The Spider Magazine is really great. My 9yo daughter loves it. But the process to get her the magazine was and is really confusing. I signed up online and then received a letter a few weeks later saying my subscription was cancelled. Then my daughter received a magazine a couple weeks after that and I got a bill in the mail. I paid by mail but my online account doesn't reflect my subscription I paid via mail... I just hope my daughter continues to receive the magazine.

Great magazines. My daughters loved them, now my grandson is enjoying them. He started with Babybug, now reading Spider. Good job!

Not very satisfied
I am very unsatisfied with the infrequency of delivery, lack of communication about orders and magazine is not what we expected at all! if I could ever get ahold of customer service I would cancel my subscription!

Still not receiving magazine. Signed up several months ago.

I read this magazine as a child 35 years ago. It's outstanding quality and financial value has stood the test of time.

I’m very happy with Muse. It’s great to have such a high quality, print publication for my children. The articles are entertaining and informative, they are also well illustrated and photographed. Perfect for this age range!

This is a follow up on my 1st review below. Cricket responded back within one day of My first review. The employee of Cricket efficiently reviewed what happened and My grandson received his magazine within a couple of weeks and his subscription was extended by a month. He loves the magazine and can't put it down, 7year old. Cricket is a great company to trust. This is my 1st review: My grandson has still not received his magazine that I ordered and paid for on April 4 2024. I would appreciate you looking into this matter!

Magazine looks great, just took quite awhile to receive our first one.

Easy to order, great products. My grandson loves Ladybug!

I have not received any issues of the magazine I ordered in February. Have sent several emails and talked on the phone with an agent and still have not received any issues or a refund.

I ordered and paid for the subscription in March and my grandson has yet to receive a magazine. I'm told I need to wait till August 15th before he may receive his first one and that the subcription ends in May next year. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Still haven't received subscription. I though we resolved this .
