We moved both our landlines and mobiles to Blackstar in August 2021 and everything went extremely smoothly. Since moving the support and responses from Blackstar have been nothing other than positive. So glad we moved across to them!!

Origin Workspace has been working with Blackstar Solutions for over 4 years. During this time the service we have received has been outstanding. Given the fact that we do not have an in-house team providing such support, it is critical that the members within our co-working space experience a seamless communication process when dealing with Blackstar. Blackstar have provided me with a local telephone number which diverts to my mobile, enabling me to create some separation between my clinic work and my home life.

Nick’s employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, and made the set up process incredibly easy. The only thing I had to do was choose a number. They are also easy to contact, should there be any issues, not that I have had any problems.

I think it says a lot about Nick and Blackstar, that they treat me as well as their much larger clients, and for that reason it will be easy to introduce them to my high value clients should the opportunity arise.

I recently approached Blackstar about my business mobile phone contracts and the experience has been 5 star, from start to finish!

After my initial enquiry I was assigned a dedicated contact who asked me the relevant questions to find the best network and available plans for my needs. This included ensuring my 3rd party answerphone and transcripting service was compatible. I selected a plan that not only provided the business with more mobile data but at a lower cost too!

Every step of the way my contact Chloe, was available to answer any question I raised. She contacted me to communicate when to expect the SIM cards and was again there on the day of the port, to assist with any issues. Thanks to the teams thorough approach everything went smoothly and I have to say the whole process was completely seemless.

Blackstar Solutions delivered our new phone system. We migrated away from ageing, deprecated internal phone system to Microsoft Teams with Phone System.

The Blackstar team were professional and punctual throughout. Excellent communication from their engineers, who knew exactly the timescales and issues we were facing. Our timescales were extremely tight, and they bent over backwards to get our numbers ported before we moved into our new office. Would definitely recommend!

Blackstar have managed our mobile phone requirements for a number of years, after a disastrous experience with a competitor. They have been efficient, professional and astute and we are on the best tariffs we could be on, thanks to their expertise. I don't have to worry about this aspect of my business - they do that for me!
