Excellent customer service! Always responsive and helpful and even replaced the product for free when it was mislaid, even though it was my fault. The pins are very high quality and durable.

I ordered the sweatshirt. Easy to do. I received a confirmation that my order had been received and placed. I was told when my order would be shipped.

Shirt arrived with what appeared to be a defect. Service team was helpful in resolving the issue. It looked like it had a stain and their recommendation to see how it looked after an initial wash was the right call.

Had problems with my delivery which was on my side by Parcel force. Maybe it was Christmas. The parcel was returned to Crowdmade. Julio in customer service was brilliant answering straight away. Parcel has been received by them and I am being given refund. In the meantime my granddaughter ordered the item which has been received and she is really pleased with item and quality.

I ordered a YouTuber's product through Crowdmade, and I'm located in a different country. The reported expected time was 3 weeks at most, but after a month I hadn't recieved it. I had used parsel tracking, and according to the service my package had been stopped at their border.

I reached out, and they "re-shipped it" (?), and a few days later it arrived. I'm pretty sure Crowdmade's ticket didn't actually affect the arrival time, but their communication was still appreciated.

4 stars because their response times and detail was great, and everything I'd ordered arrived intact and with reported quality from the digital storefront, but they lose a star from me because their international ETA seems to be untrustworthy.

First time ordering, loved the quality of the hoodie I ordered. After noticing a defect the customer service team was so quick and amazing about helping me! I felt cared about and heard.

I ordered a hoodie I had been really wanting and saving to get. Sadly, it was taken out of my mailbox (bc it said delivered, though I didn't receive it). I was super bummed. Thankfully Julio was able to help me out. He was super kind, helpful and patient. He was able to resend the hoodie to me at no cost, which I really appreciated. He really went above and beyond to fix this. So if you see this, thank you again!

Julio went above and beyond to get me a replacement item when my first order was lost by USPS. His support and understanding was in stark contrast to the lack of help from USPS and genuinely saved my week.

I was concerned about an purchase i made , which had been stuck in transit for an extended amount of time. Thankfully Julio from Crowdmade addressed my concerns in a timely and kind manner. Eventually i received my order from the courier company, but if in case i didn't, i was satisfied with the alternative options provided to me by Julio (Crowdmade) and the assistance i had received.

Julio answered my concerns and we corrected my problem quickly and efficiently. He suggested a solution that worked- so much easier than I thought it was gonna be to solve my dilemma.

A package I ordered went missing, and within hours of my email, the support team had already gotten the replacement in production and gotten back to me about it. Very helpful and kind people.

Julio was a wonderful help to our situation. He treated us with excellent customer service and was a pleasure to work with! Give this man a raise!
