Didn’t disappoint, quick, communicative, quality👍

I placed my order in February, got a tracking number from the "your order has shipped" email. However, tracking info never got past "USPS is awaiting receipt of your item", which tells me the shipping label got printed, but nobody actually shipped anything. I gave it a few weeks, no updates or changes to this.

Then I submitted a request for information about when my order would actually ship, and I was told that it had been shipped (which tracking did not show) and that it would have to be re-printed.

Now that was over a week ago and I still see no evidence of anything having shipped and I'm contemplating a refund at this point. Over a month and I have yet to see any evidence that the product I ordered even exists.

I ordered a pricey hoodie in December 2022, but after weeks of tracking showing only 'label created,' the updates stopped altogether. Despite attempting to contact their customer service multiple times, I received no resolution. As of today, I'm still awaiting either the hoodie or a refund. It's disappointing to encounter such lack of accountability. It's unfortunate that there's no alternative means to review their service, making it difficult to warn others about potential issues.

Quality of water bottle is not worth the $40 paid. Cheap quality

It has been my experience that this company will bend over backwards to insure that your needs are met and that they will do whatever it takes to insure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s)! So far the only problems I encountered where a misprinted poster that they had re-printed and re-shipped in just days and the 2nd problem was due to my error of ordering the wrong size in the first place I now have a Hoodie that fits and I couldn't be happier!!

The entire process from start to finish was very easy to understand and follow.

The color is beautiful. Like a khaki green. I just love the new design. My daughter still wears last years Pety outfit. The material is very nicely made and no shrinkage.
This year and last is my daughter's birthday present. I ordered the wrong size, again. I ordered correct size and will return wrong one. May I add the ease of returning and getting the correct size was very easy. We love Swoop, her platform and her special vibes. Proud to support her.
