Great Quality, Efficient Service
I ordered a half sheet pan with a rack; my order was processed quickly and shipped on time. I have only used the pan and rack once so far, for baking poultry, and I absolutely love it! The rack fits perfectly inside the pan and I like that it is made for high heat as I plan on using it under the broiler too. Thank you for the great quality product and excellent customer service!

Great quality & selection
Great store for finding unique and quality cookware. Crown bakeware is a good alternative to other brands and will last a long time. Highly recommend! I bought a stash of liners for the pannetone pan which makes them look professional and neat.

Bottom does not bake evenly
Bottom does not bake evenly. The outer crust browns quickly but the middle does not bake enough.
This causes the pizza to overbake and burn on top and
bake unevenly on the bottom.
I am completely dissatisfied with this pizza pan, especially for the money I paid. I'm horrified at the amount of money I paid for this product that does not deliver good baking results.

Since you've purchased a Genius Pan, seasoning is not required as it comes with a pre-seasoned, natural non-stick coating.
However, we do have a few tips that can still help you get the best results:
🍕 Tips for the Perfect Pizza
Par-Cook Vegetables First: Moisture from raw vegetables can prevent the bottom crust from baking properly and can cause the top to overcook. Lightly cooking or roasting your veggies before adding them helps greatly.
Use Olive Oil on the Bottom: For an extra crispy, fried-like texture on the bottom crust, we recommend brushing a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the pan before placing the dough in it.
Oven Placement: Using the lower rack can help the bottom bake more evenly while preventing the top from burning.
