SCAM do not buy from them
It’s a complete scam. The quality of the clothes is really poor, it is cheap stuff from China. On top of that, they lie about the 60 days return period. I requested a return one day after receiving their goods and they simply do not reply.

Avoid - scammers
Ordered over 3 weeks ago with express delivery and parcel has not arrived. Refunded my £3 for express delivery but that doesn’t solve the fact that I’m STILL
waiting for my dress. Appear to be an EU company but item seems to be coming from china, if it is still coming. Appalling customer service and complete lack of transparency. I’ve requested a refund several times now, no response. I’m starting to think this is a scam company.

Made an order with various items to try, however when you go to return items you have to email customer service first. They don’t respond 3 weeks in.

I tried 2 different emails & on instagram but either didn’t get a response or if I did they never give you the information and offered me to keep all the items and they will send more. I didn’t want this I just wanted to return the items and get my money back but they clearly avoid that at every cost!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE UNLESS YOUR PREPARED TO KEEP EVERYTHING AND KNOW YOUR CORRECT SIZE!!!!

The fabric is cheap and not worth the money at all. When I asked to return the items for a refund the company stopped replying to my emails. £70 wasted on two dresses I will never wear. DO NOT BUY and waste your money like me!!!

Made a large order with various items to try, however when you go to return items you have to email customer service first.
That’s fine but it took multiple emails to two separate email addresses & a post and messages on instagram to get a response.
Although this wasn’t ideal I do have to say that once they did respond they couldn’t do enough for me and refunded me for the whole order.
Sadly I can’t wear the items as they are the wrong size, but the dresses are made really well and I would have loved them if they were the correct size.
The only thing I can advise is try to know your size when you order because returning can be a tiring process.

Exchanging the product is confusing
I got my order, tried to return it 3 times. They always answer yes and ask few questions and then you will never hear about them again.
The dress was nice and I would have loved to get a new one (smaller size).

Order smaller than you think
Ordered 3 bodysuits arrived quickly and material is okay, but they are very big. I’m a 14 and got a medium needed a small. The sizing on the site isn’t great, order smaller than you think. Won’t be using them unfortunately.

A mixed experience but they put it right in the end
I made an order for a dress, and it arrived after a short wait. It didn't seem to be the right size, so I reached out over various channels (email, Shopify, website) to try and change it, given the stated 60 day returns policy. I received no response for around 10 days so I wrote a negative review as I felt I had lost my money.
I then (coincidentally or not?) received an email offering me a free exchange (ie I didn't need to return the original dress). This arrived after another week or so. I have therefore altered my review accordingly.
The dress itself is fine, but I'm not sure it's really my style - one size is a bit too loose and one is fairly tight. Customer Service seemed nice when I got through. And I appreciate not having to return the dress at a busy time of year. But typically most companies offer a quicker response. Overall, if you end up ordering correctly for you the first time, I'm sure your experience will be fine.

What can I say other than OMG!!!! Such fantastic items. I ordered the black long sleeved dress, it is beautiful! So comfortable, versatile and fits so well. As is used the buy 1 get 2 free offer, I got a lovely vest style body suit and one that has shorts, oh wow they are fab! They fit in all the right places, are so comfortable and totally hold flatter my shape in Al the right places, without flattening my bust.

They advertise 6-10 business days for delivery. I ordered more than 14 business days ago and the shipment still hasn't even been picked up by a carrier (in China). Customer service has now been in touch, but the status of the shipment remains the same for the moment. Will update the review if changes occur.

Great service, good product, but questioning about quality and endurance.
Was skeptic at first, and when it took longer than expected to receive any info on the shipping I began to wonder if the order was lost. However, upon emailing the support, I was met with friendly reassurance and a promise to keep me updated on my order. She kept her promise and made sure things were followed up. Thank you, Emily, or whoever you are 😊. Your help was invaluable!
I received my order this week and I'm overall quite satisfied with it although it does not completely remove your stomach as the marketing campaign leads you to believe, and the fabric, while soft, smooth, and comfortable, still feels kind of cheap and not quite as luxurious as it otherwise presents itself. You also gotta be sure the shapewear underneath is sitting just right, or some of the seams at the peehole will break.
Kind of sad but also kind of expected given it's shipped directly from Hong Kong, I guess. Hoping the people sewing these at least work under proper and safe conditions 🤔.
That aside, I'm really happy with my purchase. The dresses fit well, feel comfortable against the skin, and using the online size guide to get the right one was fairly easy, even for someone like me who never shops clothes online. So overall, a good experience that they've earned a 4/5 stars for, from me.

Customer Service is right up there
So I bought the shape wear on line and at first it didn’t arrive and I started to panic a little bit because I thought that maybe it wasn’t a reputable website and they weren’t that quick and getting back to me . but they did get back to me , with a really lovely message , and apologised to say that they’re sorry, I’ve been overlooked , and sent my order out when it arrived I tried it on but it was too big for me but it felt extremely comfortable so I sent them an email just explaining it was a bit big and what was the process in sending the old one back?. they were so kind literally I can’t tell you what a lovely company this is without even asking they already sent out a size small for me, and said I didn’t even have to send the medium back . This is what I would say is a company that cares about their customers and only wants them to be happy. I am really happy I bought from them now and will continue to buy from them again.
