I ordered a dress from CRVY.co around 3 weeks ago which upon arrival did not fit me properly, this in itself was not an issue at all as it's always a gamble ordering online so I emailed to begin what's described as their '60-day hassle-free returns'. I've exchanged multiple emails with different members of the CRVY team and am yet to be given a return shipping label or a refund. I have been offered an exchange for another item or size, a 50% refund, and a 75% refund. They claim that their 50% or 75% refund and me keeping the dress causes less 'hassle' on both ends however I told them clearly multiple times that my preference would be to return the dress and receive a full refund. I am also yet to be given a reason as to why I cannot return the item and receive a full refund. My item is unworn, still with tags in its original packaging so I see no reason for my return not to be accepted. Thus far, the process has been anything but hassle-free! Wishing I never ordered from CRVY.co in the first place, and certainly won't be doing so in the future.

It is for tall people with a tall torso and long arms to short. It isn‘t possible to return and to get your money back. It needs a long time that they answer and than, they want to send only 75% of your money back („for the good will“). So you can‘t buy here without risc, you have to be sure, that you don’t want to return.

Had to size down but some of the best customers services I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was to much trouble.

I ordered a dress on CRVY for an event, I went days with no shipping updates so I emailed as I ordered this for an event and was then concerned if it would arrive on time. I have had responses to several emails, I think emailed requesting a return label in preparation for when I receive the dress as I’ve had to buy a new one and didn’t want to waste £40 on a dress I wasn’t going to wear. I have had no response to that either. My advice is, if you are going to order from here, do so a few weeks before and don’t rely on contacting their customer service as so far, they have been non existent.

Wow, my dress is perfection ❤️ I was not sure what size to order and when my original dress came, it was too big. CRVY sorted it out promptly, and now I have a dress I feel fabulous in. If you are in between sizes, I recommend going down. I’m definitely going to buy a maxi dress next.

These clothes are basically Shein quality without the Shein price tag. I purchased thinking they were a decent UK/European company but I realised that wasn’t the case when my tracking number came from China. It is ultra fast fashion which I was really disappointed about because I purposefully try my best not to buy that type of clothing.
The clothes come in individual plastic zip lock bags (same as Shein) and then further packed in more plastic shipping bags. The material also has a cheap, chemical smell to it that I’m not sure would even come out after washing.
As for the clothing itself, the sizes run larger which you would assume with shapewear. I referenced by the sizing tool on the site but since the sizing is too big the shapewear doesn’t even work well.
The dresses run EXTREMELY long so be aware. And the white material is not fully white but more of a cream white and is COMPLETELY see through!
I’ve reached out to return the items for a refund, which I already found odd that you need to email customer service first and no surprise the customer service takes so long to reply. I had to follow up and eventually got a reply. It seems like they will do anything to avoid a refund/return since they straight away offered me more items fully free of charge and that I just keep the other items I ordered which is ridiculous as I literally cannot wear them…
I’m not confident that I will receive a refund any time soon if even at all especially at the rate they reply and reading about others experiences.
Please learn from me and do not order from CRVY unless you want to be disappointed, unable to wear your clothes and contribute to ULTRA fast fashion!!

Customer service take a very long time to respond, I've not gotten anywhere with them.

I thought this was UK based but the tracking is from china - the tracking page also has links to Ali Express so I think they're just drop shipping from there.

When they arrived they were just thrown in a single bag, really wrinkled and smelling strongly of chemicals.

Items are advertised with a hook and eye closure but this is not the case, making the item unwearable as you'd have to get entirely undressed to go to the bathroom. I would not have bought it has this lie not been on the description.

I bought on the 3 for 1 sale but I don't think these products are worth even that.

I cannot get a full refund from CRVY.CO. The returns policy and customer services dept are not genuine. I ordered a dress that’s too long, doesn’t suit me & took so long to arrive I couldn’t have worn it for the event I wanted it for. I want to return the dress (it’s in perfect condition/original packaging with tags), they won’t accept the return. They said I can keep the dress to donate it. They won’t refund me the full amount I paid, only 75%. So I have had to pay for a dress that’s unsuitable & I have a right to return. I’ve been in contact constantly for over three weeks & they ignore my very clear request for a FULL refund which is my right. Do NOT DEAL with CRVY.Co. They look legit but they aren’t. It’s a scam.

I received jumpsuits and they did not have the "toilet break " they advertise in the website. Sent an email to support asking to return the item and Emily from customer service went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The jumpsuit was not that effective but a big praise to Emily that was understanding and professional and just because of that i will give this a
5 star rating.

I am trying to return / exchange an order but the email for customer service seems to be missing some info, surely there should be .com or .co.uk at the end ??

I ordered an item from crvy and when it arrived it was too small. On the 21/11 I messaged and asked for a returns label to be sent so that I can receive a refund. To this day I am still waiting. I have contacted crvy via email and message and am still awaiting a reply. Has anyone any idea how I can contact them and receive a response. Thanks

As soon as i mentioned wanting to return the only reply i got was if I wanting an replacement. Several emails later and still no answer when it comes to returns! Ive been requesting a returnlabel since november 17 and no answer yet. It seems impossible and they ignore you.

Update: they responded back to me to resolve my issue and I was refunded quickly for the items I wanted to return. They even made the refund without me having to return the items as a compensation.

Very happy with both dresses, ordered a size to big, but this wasn’t any problem, and they handled it like a pro. That is what you call high quality customer service! Thinking about ordering Some more.

Was just about to order. But reviews regards refund do not look good. So unfortunately I don’t need the stress ! Sad coz I seen a lovely dress.

I purchased 3 of these and I wasn't disappointed they are just fantastic to wear.... Gives you great shape and holds you in all the right places.. Would highly recommend to anyone...

Sexy Garment that's flattering.
Although the order took longer than expected, CRVY were apologetic and dealt with the situation promptly.
Dress is very nice, I should have sized down for a tighter fit for the undergarment. Definitely size down for shapewear, I am UK 16-18 and got the L thong body I should have got size M.
The dress I got the XXL knee length dress and should have got XL which would have fitted even better although it would have been a lot more difficult to step into and pull up. They should do a zip up version so it's easier to get in.
I love both items and will order another colour for the summer.

I bought a fabulous dress with shape wear in. Omg it is fabulous.
I bought a large uk size 14 and it is fabulous. It smooths every lump away.
Great quality dress with strong support.
