Ordered 2 dresses, long maxi and short black thick straps, size medium. Im a size 10-12 the top part was too big on me and the length too short on both but i am 5'9. Contacted them to ask for refund, they offered partial refund and to keep the dresses so was quite happy. Good customer service from Joy

I ordered two sizes in the full length dress and although the inbuilt underwear was spot on, the fabric did not sit well on me - I will put that down to the fact that I am in between sizes. After contacting customer service with my concerns, Joy in particular was able to quickly bring my query to a satisfactory conclusion. Sometimes things don’t always go to plan or 100% satisfaction is not always there from the outset but good after sales, service recovery and customer service goes a long way to restoring trust. Love the body suits. They really fit nicely and I’m quite tall too. They’re so comfy and you can dress them up or down.
But the best part about this company is their customer service. It’s fantastic. Returning customer and recommending to all my friends too.

The customer service is like no other! The first two items ordered were not the right fit for me, but instead of having to return them, they allowed me to order another item and keep the two originals at no additional charge. Not only that, but the service was very polite, upbeat and efficient.

I bought 4 body suits. 1 was long sleeved instead of short sleeved so I contacted customer support.
I got great customer service and the bodysuits are in great quality and feels luxurious to wear.

The bodysuits have become my favorite pieces in my wardrobe!

I made my first purchase with crvy, my dress arrived and it was too big. I was devastated. But I emailed the company and Joy was amazing. They shipped me a smaller one asap. The service and response time has been second to none and I will 100% be recommending to anyone who will listen.

If I could give 100 stars I would! Got my delivery yesterday, a beautiful bodysuit with the softest material, the deal was buy one get one free, I forgot to add the second one to my cart, I emailed and straight away, the issue was resolved. Thank you so much 💜

Great quality products and excellent customer service.

I have had excellent customer service from this brand. Unfortunately the dress I ordered was too big (size down girls!) but when I contacted customer service, Joy arranged for a smaller size to be sent out, she even changed the colour as per my request. The nicest part of the whole experience was she told me to keep the original dress so I could gift it to someone else.
Oh, and the shapewear underneath is fab!

Beautiful, soft, and high quality fabric set their dresses apart from many other companies I’ve tried. The real star of the show is Curvy’s staff. My original dress was a little big, but after inquiring about their return policy I got a quick and wonderful reply. They made it the easiest experience I could ask for, and even let me keep the original dress! 20/10 for me.

Me escribieron y muy amablemente se ofrecieron a enviarme otro (de hecho ya está en camino) sin tener que devolver el anterior ni pagar gastos de envío por devolverlo. Me dijeron que ojalá pudiera venderlo o donarlo! Me pareció genial!!!

I bought a Large and wasn't happy with the fit, so I emailed to ask for a swap so I could get more compression and they have just sent out a replacement and asked me to give the Large to charity. How amazing! Brilliant! The dress is a nice light ribbed fabric and a good length.

Made an order on May 6th and haven’t got an update since. I emailed asking where it was and says later there’s still no response. Such a disappointment because I was looking forward to the comfy bras.

Just reveived the Mid Thigh Snatched Shapewear Bodysuit & the Brief Snatched Shapewear Bodysuit.
Both very lightweight fabric that did not hold me in AT ALL. The mid thigh bodysuit had no way of undoing the gusset if you wanted to go to the toilet so all your upper body clothes & the suit would need to be removed to go to the toilet. Complete waste of money.

I received my order of two all in ones, the material is light and stretchy, I tried the black on ( with draws!) it wasn't a struggle as some are to put on, the clasps are easy to do up, pulling on up the body is easy, I sat on the bed and clasp opened, re did several times on all , plus on the furthest fitting the clasp was digging in. The body offered zero support for my boob's, I am a 38c but would not have worn without a bra. The body didn't appear to do anything, tried under several tops and dresses but to be honest I wasted my money, I won't be able to return as I have worn one, I was so disappointed, but lesson learned.

The products are great if ordered to the correct size, although parts of the product description was slightly unclear and can be somewhat misleading. However, Joy provided excellent customer service and cleared up the confusion as well as sent a product to try out at no cost
