The products are great if ordered to the correct size, although parts of the product description was slightly unclear and can be somewhat misleading. However, Joy provided excellent customer service and cleared up the confusion as well as sent a product to try out at no cost

DO NOT BUY - Never received order and no contact from company
I submitted an order well over a month ago and my items still haven’t been delivered. I’ve tried to get hold of the company but only have an email address as a form of contact and have received no responses to any of my emails. Don’t even know how I can get my money back! Do not buy from here

Their customer service is superb I’m amazed. First I overlooked my shipping address and they able to correct it. When I received the items, it’s just my size so I requested if possible to replace it, and immediately I was told that they dispatched a replacement but didn’t ask me to return the items. The shape wear is really good and with high quality material. Highly recommended.. I’m very happy

Possible Scam – No Delivery, No Response
I am increasingly concerned that I may have been the victim of a scam. I placed an order and received a tracking number, but no courier information was provided. Despite reaching out via email and social media, I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns. I am now in the process of contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before placing an order.

Hesitant about ordering but…
I was hesitant about ordering but it came within 7 days and the quality was great. The crew neck dress I got had a higher neckline than I thought from the pictures but customer service was great and they got back to be quickly with a solution. I got a medium and I'm a size 14/16. It really sucks you in and is a bit of a wiggle to get in so as long as you're planning to be in it all day its fine. If you want it a bit looser/comfy I'd go for a large. Really happy with the customer service timely and friendly emails.

Couldn’t be happier! So , I ordered the maxi dress in grey and unfortunately it was out of stock. However, the customer service team were awesome and replaced it with a black one that I received really fast over the Easter break too! I love the dress it’s so comfortable and true to size ! Best purchase ever. I’m still going to order the grey one when it comes back in to stock .

Regretted choice of Company to order through
Sadly I chose this company because of the great reviews but have experienced completely the opposite.
My order has been delivered to a completely different address over one hundred miles away and I’ve had to email three times before getting a response overnight from Joy to tell me as it’s been delivered it’s my responsibility to sort with Royal Mail and that they have fulfilled their obligation by delivering even if not to me. Very helpfully they gave me a Royal Mail link though to help me track again!
I am now having to raise a claim via my credit card company. In the meantime whilst ignoring my emails they continue to chase me to leave a review? Seems to be really off the mark with that one!
Absolutely cannot recommend this company for customer service nor as it would seem their products as I unfortunately don’t have them!

Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!
I originally ordered a shapewear band but accidentally got a size too big. I reached out to the company expecting to go through the usual return process, but to my surprise, they went above and beyond—they sent me a brand new set in the correct size completely FREE of charge, and I didn’t even have to return the original one. I was blown away by their kindness, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers. The product itself is amazing, super comfortable and does exactly what it’s supposed to—but honestly, the customer service alone makes this company worth supporting. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Highly, highly recommend!

Ordered the long black dress. Very nice on the body and looks very classy. When I wanted to return the dress because of the wrong size, they made sure I got the right size (for free) and I could keep the other dress as well.
