Wow ! This company literally spares nothing when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had an issue with my body suit. They dealt and resolved the issue immediately and offered a replacement. Nothing was too much trouble.

I should have ordered a size smaller and when i contacted the company they said they'd send me a replacement in a smaller size FREEof charge!! Excellent service!

Best service ever! I ordered a dress which was too small for me. I asked if I could exchange it for a bigger size. Very soon after my request they said that my new dress is on its way to Finland and I can keep the original as well. This I call a good service. Thank you CRVY.

I originally bought the wrong size, I contacted CRVY to exchange the dress. I had a reply within the hour and another dress on its way shortly after that. Not only was my order corrected, I was told I could keep the original dress I had ordered with a free exchange! I couldn’t be happier with the dress! It is so comfortable and flattering.
Overall customer service is amazing, as is the product. I will definitely be ordering again!! ☺️

I ordered my shapewear and it came within the time scale ,, great packaging and very quality product, it does as it says and I felt incredible, I’m a 2xl and it was hard to get on but afterwards I was smooth and it’s breathable, my only issue is I need more breast support but again that’s ok as the shapewear works where it’s supposed too ,, absolutely would recommend,, get some confidence I sure have .

I unfortunately got my shapewear and it didn’t really do what it’s advertised to do and it’s probably because I miss understood the size guide or my own sizing.. I went two sizes down as suggested but it still didn’t have any effect, so like I say, I think I miss understood my own size, however, when I reached out to return the items, the team suggested the option of trying a different size, so I really wanted to give the product the benefit of the doubt and I agreed, and they have shipped me 2 new shapewear items free of charge. I dealt with Joy, she was amazing and efficient and although I haven’t yet experienced the full effect of the product, I am so pleased and taken a back by the effortless and kind return option I have been given! Probably the best experience I’ve had when trying to return an item! So thank you Joy and the team!

I have ordered once from CRVY . Red body suit is excellent. But half lace shape wear was way too small, but if it would be right size would look beautiful. I don’t know if it was me or wrong sized.
Customer service is very good!

Not really impressed by the products but the service is great!

I am really impressed! The bodysuits and dresses with the integrated shaping effect create a beautiful waistline. Of course, you have to wait a few days for the items since they come from an international supplier, but it’s definitely worth it. I’ve already ordered twice and am completely satisfied!

I ordered 2 items and when they arrived, one was the wrong item and I did not like the quality of the other item. I decided i would like to return the items and get my money back. They said they would give 50% back and send me the right item. I have had to send number of emails and they did not respond for a month. They have been saying the item is on its way and I just want my money back now but they do not have the courtesy to do this. So I just wanted to share this feedback because I think anyone that believes they have an easy returns process will be extremely disappointed and frustrated and may never get their money back.

Das Kleid macht eine wunderschöne Figur und hat einen leichten, angenehmen Stoff.
Leider sieht man von der Shapewear die Naht am Popo durch. Bzw. einen Abdruck davon. Das hat mir nicht so gut gefallen.

I've bought the midi shapewear-dress. I don't think that the fit of the inside-shapewear is very flattering. My waist is actually more defined in any other dress, without the shapewear inside. It kind of flattens hips and waist out, instead of defining the waist. I can't recommend it.
The quality seems ok.

Awesome Customer Service from Joy. My original order was too big. Joy communicated with me and suggested smaller size. She dispatched it immediately. Perfect!

The black dress was a quality garment and did do very much what was promised.
I had some interaction with customer service, very attentive and personalised.
