I bought the tall crystal basketball trophy and had it custom engraved. Design team took my design and made it much better! The quality of the engraving was very good. Packaging helps to make it look even nicer. Only negative was the "standard" shipping charge of over $20. Pricey for one piece weighing only 4 lbs. I would definitely order again, but will keep shipping charges in mind before deciding on how much to spend.
