I would give this place a zero if I could. When you have questions that need answered, the reps will never ever transfer your calls to a manager for escalation. The reps are rude and terrible and they had the nerves to increase the rates of dryers & washers to $3.00 from $2.75 when the whole apt complex of 350 units said the appliances are trash. The washers are not wringing out the water and the dryers do not dry anything. I am sooooo pissed 😡
HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE! If you want a refund you need to call them within 24 hours. Their machines are always broken. I've submitted a work order MONTHS ago and they're still broken. Somehow the washer was fixed but the dryer is broken, but it'll still take your money. It was $1.75 per wash and dry and they just upped the price to $2.00 even though their machines don't work.

CSC is a horrible company, their representatives lie to you about coming out and fixing their machines, our machines been broken for 7 months now. There are elderly people in these buildings who can't walk well or can't get to laundry mats. I think people should switch to another company and boycott CSC, because they don't care about their customers at all.

CSC Serviceworks is trash
My building laundry is served by CSC and they are definitely one of the worst companies running laundry today. We had a combination coin-op and app system which worked perfectly fine because I hate app-based laundry systems and didn’t mind going to the bank every few weeks to get two rolls of quarters but a few months ago CSC decided that coin-op had to go and everyone would be forced to use their app. Fine, i’ve use payrange before and that worked ok and it eliminates the need to procure quarters. However, unlike payrange, their app is a steaming-hot pile. For one, I cannot use my mastercard debit or apple pay to add funds to my wallet at all and for some reason the only card that did work was a visa credit card. When I contacted their customer support, the only thing they could tell me was that “oh the app be like that sometimes,” that I should just turn my phone off and on again and if that didn’t work uninstall it and reinstall it. Needless to say, neither of these “solutions” worked so I called them again and they forwarded my issue to tech support (why didn’t they do that in the first place??) and that I would be hearing from them in 48 hours… one week later, I received an email from the CSC tech support team letting me know that my account was fixed and good to go, great! Except when I attempted to add funds using my debit card it still didn’t work and somehow whatever they did also made my visa credit card stop working as well and at this point I could not do any laundry at all anymore. I wrote back telling them about this problem and they told me that it was likely a problem with my bank and that I should get in touch with them to unblock my cards. So… I got in touch with my bank and according them, any charge attributed to CSC serviceworks on a mastercard is automatically flagged as fraudulent and there is nothing I can do to “unflag” them. If that isn’t enough to show this is a company that engages in shady dealings, they also constantly send you offers to sign up for credit cards which force you to shut down the app in order to make them go away. are they in the business of providing laundry or financial services? either way they can’t possibly be trusted to do either of those things. On top of everything, our washers dispense stinky water and one of our dryers has been broken for the past few months and they don’t seem to be intent on fixing it anytime soon.
CSC Serviceworks is a dumpster fire and they need to be put out of business for their absolute failure to provide the bare minimum of adequate services.
No service
I hear that years ago this company used to be good,and then it was sold. It appears the philosophy of the current owners is to collect money and not ever maintain the machines. What a money-saver! Until you don't have any customers. Our building is switching to a new companu soon and I can't wait. We have two washers and dryers, and at least one of them is always out of service. It takes MONTHS for them tp fix anything.

When I was moving into Century Village…
When I was moving into Century Village Boca Raton, one of my concerns was using a public washer and dryer. I'm pleased to say that despite the cost, CSC ServiceWorks is working for me. I still wish that I had a washer and dryer in my home but, CSC is still convenient. I'm grateful that it gets the job done.

This is what happens when a company has a virtual monopoly on the service they provide. I live in a big complex and our area hasn't had working machines in at least 8 months now. Their card machine has been broken for 4 months. Apartment complexes need other options. This isn't it.

Their "app" is GARBAGE and so are their machines.
Requiring customers to download their crappy app or pay EXTRA is not RIGHT.

Everytime they come out to repair a machine, they raise the price. $3 to wash 2.75 to dry. I live in section 42 housing, im paying almost a month's rent to wash my clothes in a home with three people.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This company is the sole provider of laundry services at my apartment complex. Their machines are constantly not working. Now that they have moved to a different connectivity platform, NONE of the machines ever connect. It is frustrating! You can put in a service request, and nothing happens. I can call and speak to a person and they say “We will elevate that request.” I don’t think they know what the word elevate means because that doesn’t happen. This is quite literally the worst company and customer service.

At this point they have stolen $20 from me. I have requested service on the same dryer SEVERAL times. They always say it's fixed then the same issue pops up. I've yet to see ANY of my money back.
Cannot use UK cards - Is this Discrimination?
At Disney world and universal, the app does not accept any form of UK credit or debit card including Apple Pay. Discrimination at its finest

They don't fix machines this company sucks and corporate doesn't care. People on the phone are rude, and when you put in a service request they immediately reject it saying nothing is wrong with the machine. Meanwhile you're staring right at a non working machine. I have been complaining for YEARS... All my emails get ignored. We have had the SAME signs on our machines to order a part for YEARS. They fix nothing. They now are charging .25 more, for what? Broken machines and machines that never get fixed. Stop your contract now and save yourself the hassle. FIX YOUR MACHINES

I dont even wanna give this company one star. I want to move out of my apartment just for these machines alone. How does it make sense that I start my washer with $8.50 in my account and then I go to start my dryer an hour later my account says I only have $1.01 in it??? The machine only cost $2.50??? Which means you took $5 WHERE??? This happens so many times and I try to contact support and they won’t even answer me. Such a scam of a company and I wish these apartments would use someone else. The amount of money I have lost from them is disgusting. Will be using a laundromat until I move.
Not Recommended
This company provides one of the worst customer experiences imaginable. They hardly have materials in stock and as a customer, I've experienced nearly unreasonable wait times to receive a washer/dryer set. The deliver person sent out has been rude and utterly unprofessional. Avoid this service if you can. You're better off just finding something on Facebook marketplace.
