Losing multiple battles in a row, while frustrating, is statistically possible and does not indicate manipulation. Each battle is an independent event and the odds do not change based on previous results.

Dont be stupid and dont trust them
Ill put this simple i made more then one account thr first account i made i asked for a ban as i was in a pissed of mood already and lost around $50 well low and behold i decided to make another account i deposited around $100 and got up to $190 upon trying to withdrawl they asked for kyc which failed as I hade used my kyc on thr old account, so thry took all my winnings and were willing to give me back one depo of £43 mining i would still be losing £23 even though they allowed me to gamble and deposit thry then refused my eithdrawl request and said they will refund my last deposit of £43 i understand rules and rules but if you guys weren't registered in Cyprus hoe it would be flipped you would have to either pay back my full winnings or both deposit but no, now im getting no refund of any depos or any of my winnings so good game CSGObig hope the money goes to lining the big boss man's pockets

To clarify, you have acknowledged creating multiple accounts which is a clear violation of our terms of service. When you attempted to withdraw, KYC failed because your identity was already linked to a previous account that you had asked to be banned.
Despite this, we offered to refund your deposit which is more than we are required to do in cases of multi-accounting. Unfortunately, winnings cannot be paid out when they were earned in violation of our terms.
We want to reassure other users reading this that this situation only occurred due to the user's own actions. All withdrawals are processed quickly and without issue so long as you are playing fairly and following our terms of service. If you play correctly and don't create issues for yourself, you won't experience anything like this.
We understand this is frustrating, but these rules exist to ensure fairness for all players and are clearly stated in our terms of service. If you have any further questions, please reach out to our support team.

This site is a pure scam i lost 6 2v2 battles (with bots) in a row,what are the odds for that? Scam and a joke site,dont play there.
I deposited 976.32$ and won 4.47 in 59 cases can You imagine ? even steam is more profitable.

Largest Scam ever
Largest Scam ever. Deposited a measely amount of skins to try the waters. Won 2x my amount and tried to Withdraw. Then it tells me i need to activate KYC and after doing so it requires med to deposit 10USD MORE to be able to withdraw, and then after talking to staff named "bgmrk" im told that if i deposit the 10USD im FORCED to risk losing them by gambling to get them out again??? What is this company, when things like CSGOEmpire doesn't do this, and highly against the EU Regulations

KYC over what?
They told me I need to complete KYC over a $15 withdrawal. They don't even offer any type of reward that would make me consider completing KYC, so why ask for it. The first support agent I contacted told me I don't need KYC, while the other fully disabled my account for not having KYC completed. What type of circus is that, yeah I'm not trusting them with my money.

Can't regain loss money
Got banned for rewards on the site. I have been using this site for at least a year and been playing on the site having up to one thousand coins. after losing all of the money, I used the blitz system which gives coins on what level your account is. The site states I have broken the TOS, there was nothing that said I can't withdraw skins after winning and the withdrawing skins I had are only up to 50 cents or a 1 dollar. I am not stop from putting in money, which to me the site just banned me because I didn't pay enough money to play. I attended to gain my loss which most people in gambling do, I pick the blitz to slowing regain what I lost on the site, but was banned for breaking TOS which doesn't state a reason after reading it.
