Carlos did a great job in making sure bike was adjusted to fit me. I have gotten bikes from other dealers and they were basically pay and go. Very happy with my purchase.

Carlos at CSM Power bikes is the most helpful and honest salesman I have worked with for a long time. I am 77 years old and wanted to purchase a e-bike for my wife for Christmas. I was searching online and came across CMS Power bikes. One phone call later I was in his showroom and very impressed.
Carlos spent a lot of time teaching me the ins and outs of e-bike ups and downs. Different makes and models and the difference between them. I did purchase a bike from him and a his service has been impeccable. A very professional person and great to deal with.

CSM Power Bikes made my purchase of a new e-bike very easy. I was well-lead through the entire process of my purchase from start to finish, and my new bike was delivered promptly to my home. Before I made my final decision, I was able to try out several different e-bikes. When there was a small problem with the bike I did buy, Carlos came back out and fixed the problem quickly.

The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your e-bike is the right one for you. I had him put mine together also which I would definitely do again.

Carlos is local, available, and knowledgeable. I called him and was able to meet with him later that day. He had 3 ebikes that I looked at, and ended up getting a Velotric Fold 1 Plus. If anything goes wrong with the ebike, I know he can handle it!

Carlos, the owner, is incredibly friendly, upbeat, and easy to work with. We purchased a Carbon 1 ST. The experience - trying out the bike, answering questions, making on the spot adjustments, etc - was very positive. It was not an issue for us but it is located in his home, not a traditional retail store, so there are not a lot of models to look at or try out.

Carlos is awesome. The order and delivery process was handled without any issues at all. I highly recommend CSM.

Carlos was amazing and met my husband and I on Memorial Day to help us pick out our bikes. We rode them around the neighborhood and tried different Velotric electric bikes until we chose our favorites. He matched the Memorial Day specials online and delivered the bikes to us the next day. Amazing customer Service and I totally recommend Carlos and CSM bikes!
