CT skills is a wonderful free resource for everyone to upskill, but unfortunately its not fully developed. The assigned tutor never answers to the emails. One of my assessments was failed by mistake and only rectified when a different 'representative' called me to check in on my progress. Every time you talk to someone, its someone different and not familiar with the course. After being frustrated with it all, the best for me is to call it quits.
I have done lots of E-learning in my multiple careers and unfortunately this has been the most frustrating.
As far as free resources go, Google, Oxford and Cambridge have plenty of IT courses to offer. Best of luck to everyone learning new skills!

I have just completed my Level 3 HR apprenticeship practical learning period with the fantastic support of my Trainer Assessor, Jo Pickard. Jo has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and motivating throughout. She made the course not only informative but also genuinely enjoyable, with her supportive approach and positive energy keeping me engaged every step of the way. The programme itself has been excellent, with regular monthly 1-1 meetings, fantastic resources, and content that has helped me develop hugely both professionally and personally. I can’t thank Jo enough for making the learning experience so valuable and enjoyable. Highly recommended! I am now about to start my EPA and I believe that Jo has set me up for success!

I have had a great experience with CT Skills, completing my HR Support Level 3 qualification. Jo was my trainer and she was absolutely fantastic. She kept sessions fun, engaging, informative and prepared me really well for the end point assessment. I have just gone through gateway and feel ready and grateful for all Jo's knowledge and support throughout the training.

I have recently completed L3 Housing & Property Management, with Jo Green as my assessor.

The course content was broken down into manageable chunks, easily understandable, and the pace of work was just right. I felt well supported in my learning.

Jo was incredibly understanding when I had to take two breaks from learning due to some circumstances out of my control, she really allayed my fears when returning to study, and supported me to eventually reach a distinction (which I had not expected!) - thank you so much :)

Good informative course. Coach helpful, supportive. and helped me achieve quickly, due to my own workload.

Good company, my assessor was really lovely and helpful during my apprenticeship, was always there when i needed her! Highly recommend

CT skills towards the end of my course was amazing my assessor was constantly on it and meetings were regular. However in the middle of my course I felt like a lost puppy my assessor at the start was not consistent and there was a period of time where I received no work. But my overall experience was positive my final assessor was brilliant and really supportive throughout completion. Donna was brilliant and I cant thank her enough for how much hard work she put in for me.

My assessor was incredible. She helped me through all my course and was so understanding. My course has allowed me to become more confident in my work and my knowledge.

I really enjoyed my course and I had great support from my tutor Jayne. This is the first course I have done for a long time but getting back into studying has given me an incentive to do more.

My trainer Ian Peal has been fantastic. Always supportive, super responsive and professional. I have really enjoyed working with him

My tutor Craig Bennet, was fantastic. Always super professional, always helpful and very knowledgeable. Understood my special circumstances and supported me. Always happy to answer silly questions and address my fears especially during the EPA process as I was super nervous. Practice makes perfect and I felt well prepared when it came to my professional discussion. Thank you Craig for all your support and thank you CT Skills :)

Great course content

My tutor was Janet, whilst the technology was user friendly, it was the engagement and the depth of support provided by Janet that was exemplary.

This is my second course with CT Skills and I am thankful to have Naomi for both she’s helped me achieve end dates and setting goals when I needed them and keeping me on top of my coursework in general. She’s helped me get through all my units and providing resources when I needed them and being a great assessor in general.

My teacher Jo Green was a blessing in disguises, she helped me with everything and let me work at my own pace despite it seeming like I was cutting it fine, she had believed in me and all was good in the end with a massive distinction, so big thanks to her.
