We spent 2 weeks in Spain and had to leave a deposit of 300,00 Euro. We didn’t get this money back as it was told, that we had stolen a duvet. (We didn’t!) we are fighting more than 6 weeks - but no answer and no refund. Please, if you ever book an apartment make pictures and a list of every single object and let it countersign by the person who represents Cuboshomes - even it takes a lot of time! They won‘t refund you the deposit!

Très mauvaise expérience et manque total de professionnalisme.
Nous avions convenu par téléphone des conditions d’arrivée. Un retard avait été annoncé et accepté par leur équipe, car ils avaient d’autres check-ins en cours. Il avait été clairement convenu d’attendre une heure, puis d’annuler si la situation ne se débloquait pas.
À l’arrivée, le logement était inutilisable : pas d’eau, pas d’électricité et pas d’ascenseur, ce qui est totalement inacceptable, d’autant plus qu’il s’agissait de personnes âgées avec des problèmes de santé.
Suite à cela, on nous a explicitement demandé d’envoyer un mail pour procéder à l’annulation, ce que nous avons fait immédiatement. Après coup, le discours a changé et les accords pris oralement n’ont plus été respectés.
Ce manque de cohérence et de sérieux est regrettable. Nous ne recommandons pas ce service.

Cláusula abusiva y pésimo servicio
Cancelé mi reserva el mismo día, a pesar de haberla hecho con 6 meses de antelación, y me cobraron 155,11 €, una cantidad totalmente desproporcionada. Lo peor es que la empresa tardó 6 semanas en darme una respuesta clara, jugando con mi tiempo y sin ofrecer transparencia en el proceso.
Una política de cancelación abusiva y una atención al cliente inaceptable. No volveré a contratar con ellos y no recomiendo esta empresa a nadie.
Not to be trusted company
Not to be trusted company. The house was old and dirty. After leaving the host tried to get more money out of the booking by sending a false accusation of things being broken. We did not break anything and left the house in the same bad condition as we found it when we arrived. Please don’t book houses with this conpany.

Probably the worst travel company I have ever had to deal with !! Service shocking , communication shocking we arrived at our villa and the pool was dirty , the house then got infested with woodlice and they failed to do anything about them over then tell us to leave. They then told us we could move
To a 4 bed villa only to find it was a 3 bed and they wanted an extra £500 for the extra bedroom. We said no and retuned back to the villa we had paid for and were told we could not do this and were not interlude to a refund. 100’s of issues with the villa and none of them were dealt with!!

Everything was as expected or better. Despite being told we were expected to throw out garbage bags, owner offered to do it for us on our day of departure. Owner was friendly and assisted in changing the cas cannister in the kitchen. Furthermore, owner offered homemade gazpacho. Deposit was paid back without issue and we were given a house tour when we arrived. The pool was well-kept and cleaned at least every other day. The only issue was a slightly unreliable wifi connection but the 4/5G data coverage was fine for the area. I have nothing negative to note, it was a great experience.
Bad communication and scam
Very bad communication:
- Clarified upfront if the Internet is fast enough for working (Video calls etc) at the finca. Answer was yes. Reality 5mbit down 2 mbit up. -> Additional costs: Starlink 400€ + 70€ contract
- Clarified upfront that i will have changing guests. This would be fine. Reality: Manager of the finca wasn't aware and blamed me for letting in to many people. We were mostly below the booked capacity of 4 persons. Only 3 nights, where we was 5 persons. This was payed extra (10€ + tax per night -> 40€ more)
- Deposit (300€) not payed back, because I used to often the washing machine for cleaning the blankets. Reality: Used the washing machine 8x in 4 weeks.
Please avoid appartements and fincas of this company so you can really enjoy your vacation and don't get stressed from this bad behavior.

The most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. An absolute scam!! Avoid this company at all costs!! Do not go anywhere near this company I’m warning you now!!! Firstly they charged us a late fee when we were delayed we explained that obviously was not our fault but arrived to our holiday home with complete hostility. Secondly while we were there the washing machine blew up, so you would think that’s the owners responsibility it was there to be used and we only used it once and it nearly caught on fire but no this company tried to charge us for this as well. Then the absolute cherry on top is that I paid the deposit in British pounds directly to their representative. The company then lied and said I paid in euros I have evidence to support I paid in pounds but they took no notice so they pocketed the extra and called me a liar. When I asked for my deposit back of £60 they tried to get me to sign a contract saying I wouldn’t write anything bad about them otherwise I would be fined £10000. Have you heard anything like this a company threatening you and holding you to ransom to sign something like that for a refund that is legally mine. Please avoid at all costs!!

Recently stayed in an apartment managed by cubos homes, we phone them and asked when we would get clean bedding and towel, they told us we never said you would get clean bedding and towel, we explained we was there for a month, they said they would phone us back, they never did.
Stay away from Cubos cannot be trusted.
Seems that Cuboshome are cheating customers almost every time. Very nice once you order, but after taking your payment their service does not exist. They do not check houses we naively tourist rent from them. We rented house in Coín name Casa Rural Vista Montana . On arrival were welcomed by Cubos employee Cristina. She was extremely in a hurry to go home. We discovered serious problems with hundreds of bees around pool, which was impossible to use the pool. We had 3 small kids and it was just dangerous. Cubo’s Cristina once we mentioned problem, answer “It is normal”, turned around and left. We got in contact with owner and same rude answer!!
I could not believe it. We had to leave without having other option to stay. It was very clear and I expected refund. Got answer from Cubos Mohamed Sadik, that insects are normal in Spain, forget all about refund!!!
My advise do not use that provider. That take your money and do not care about your spoiled vacations.

Beware this company! They operate as a scam. They list properties which are not available and after receiving your payment will not refund your money. They pretend to offer support and other properties in lieu of the one you reserved. I was left with no holiday home and no money. BEWARE! Stay away from this company.

Villa looks good on the surface but does need some TLC, the pool was very good though.
Main complaint was no freezer and no BBQ, we did end up purchasing a small BBQ not something you expect to have to do when you rent a holiday villa in Spain.
Did not expect that the fridge would not have a least a freezer compartment.
No waste bins in bathrooms.
No information in the property on the local area and that is something we have never come across in all our years of renting villas.
The property seemed sterile, without the normal touches you find in a holiday villa, and unloved.
We did ask for some drying cloths as there were none in the property but they never appeared.
In all a very disappointing experience, due diligence next time on appliances in a property.

Having stayed in this complex many times and rented this particular accommodation twice over the Xmas and new year period, I’m sad to say this apartment is in need of an upgrade.
At just over €700 per week, it’s not worth it.
Last year 2022/23, the curtain rail was broken, the en-suite shower leaked and one year later it hasn’t changed.
We requested a spare set of keys prior to our visit this year, due to another party staying with us as one set would cause some inconvenience. The letting Co. said the owner didn’t live in Marbella so it wasn’t possible! (I thought this was a reasonable request).
Two emails requesting they ask the owners to authorise the cutting of one key, was not followed up.
In addition to this, a request to provide an electric kettle which was available the year before, and someone to fix the en-suite cistern which is faulty and frequently continues to run water was not actioned. The request made at the beginning of our three week stay was answered by Mohammed and Charlie respectively, noted as a “complicated period” during Xmas week. That I can understand, but why no action into the second or third week?
I’m unsure if the letting Co. have advised the owners of the issues. If the owners were advised, they won’t need to spend much to upgrade or maintain the place.
In summary:
Curtain track needing repaired in living room. (Needs fixed).
Kettle required. (Basic appliance).
Spare keys. (Not an unreasonable request).
Leaking en-suite shower. (Attempts to repair this are obvious but amateurish. Mould appearing inside and outside of shower).
En-suite cistern frequent water running. (Basic plumbing repair).
Microwave oven, rust and bubbling on inside roof, needs replaced. (Never used it as possibly dangerous).
Entire apartment needs a deep clean. (Kitchen and bathrooms especially).
Kitchen is showing signs of age and looks unhygienic.
Iron board cover needs replaced.
Sheets on beds in need on replacement.
Finally, it’s a good sized apartment in a nice area, but I doubt we’ll rent this one again for three or four weeks over festive period. Afraid my business will be elsewhere.
The letting Co need to respond and communicate to get things sorted or the owners need to invest.
I wait with interest to their response to my feedback.

We are only half way through our stay but having looked at previous comments here on trust pilot I have to say cubos have been extremely helpful we needed extra bedding as its been a bit chilly during the night and it was delivered the very next day

Booking a villa and wanting it to be a simple and enjoyable experience is not what Cubo do thus adding to the stress and uncertainty of your holiday. I'll not use their properties again.
