Great service, and great product - would highly recommend. I found the leg length I selected was a little too short, which is no fault of the company or the product, I just should have thought about what footwear I was going to wear them with. Will definitely buy another pair.

When my second pair of these fantastic pants arrived in the wrong size the company were great to deal with fixing up the order with a minimum of fuss

I ordered the trousers and gloves and I am very impressed by the quality and how quickly I received them as I livfe in Australia.
The fabric, fit and comfort of the garmets is excellent. They are very warm and soft to wear.
Practical and durable in the cold weather.

I’m in Australia. I ordered 2 pairs about 3/4 months ago. They said they had tried to deliver them but unsuccessfully. Notification all in Chinese so I couldn’t track. Emailed company who said I should knock on neighbours door to check on them. They said they were looking into it but no further email contact - just Ai response. No refund. Nothing. If you say this isn’t a scam then I would say this company’s customer service is in the toilet.

Thanks for reply but from this email I emailed your email address from 16 to 20 April 2026. I then tried your website which took me back to the same email. Your customer service sucks. You email me please explaining what you’re going to do about it from your end.

I no longer dread the winter thanks to my Cuddlr trousers and 2 in 1 jacket. They are so warm and snug, an absolute joy to wear. While I no longer ride, I do dog walk and couldn't be happier with this combo.

I’ve bought the cuffed fleece lined trousers as a gift for a friend as I got mine for Xmas and I love them I use them for dog walking in all weathers, always warm and dry great product, and amazing customer service, delivered within two days only clinch was Evri courier service, throwing them over my garden fence and not using my safe place other than that highly recommend this company

i had a failed delivery on the 12th of May 2026. i have been trying to contact the company since with absolutely no luck. emails are responded to with AI telling me ill get an update but never do. very easy to place and pay for an order. not so easy trying to get it delivered or correspondence from the company

WOW, just received my Cuddlr trousers ..... they fit well and are super comfy .... I headed out into the cold, foggy air this morning for a walk around the paddocks and to feed the horses ..... warm as toast !!! Love them.

Great customer service and I received my order a lot sooner than expected as I'm across the pond in Australia. Will be buying more Cuddlr products for sure & recommending to all my equestrian and farming friends as "must have" !

Quality fabric and very comfortable to wear. Excellent for cold climates.

My wife and I received our trousers and they are as advertised. We especially like the elastic cuffs to stop the legs dragging on the ground. They are brilliantly warm outside and kept me dry when I had to do some work in the rain. They were a trial to see how they went, and we’re now looking to save up for the jackets.

Excellent service. Wonderful product.

It’s a great product and came quickly to Australia. Unfortunately the size I ordered was too big for me and the cost of sending the product back to the UK was around AUS$50. It’s not worth sending back so I will try to sell it here. The increase in postage means I will now be very selective with what I buy.

Great quality, quick delivery.

I was disappointed to receive cuffed pants when I carefully ordered non cuffed. Luckily they are long enough that I will be able to remove the cuffs. I haven’t had a chance to try them in the wet yet but hopefully they will make my travels in my wheelchair more comfortable.

Initially free gift of socks missed from my order but when I contacted them they couldn’t be more apologetic or helping and sent my free socks to me. The socks are so toasty warm xx
