Not impressed the lining is loose and you get your leg stuck getting them on and off
Thinking about sending them back

I’ve been looking at this product for two years and finally decided to order some items. They are great for me as I have Reynards and so pleased to have gloves that fit but aren’t too bulky to hold things with. The jacket fits well so bring it on winter 😊

I've been looking at these for a while and decided to order some for this winter's open water swimming season. Ordering was quick and easy, with clear comms between order and delivery. Although I haven't had the opportunity to test them in the depths of winter, my initial try on tells me I will enjoy wearing them. The fit is good and quality is excellent.

Well- I didn’t expect to be impressed! These pants are cozy without being bulky which is extremely difficult in a snow pant! I was also soooo happy with the shorter leg length - very challenging to find in winter pants! Haven’t used them yet as we are still in early Fall but I look forward to being warm for shovelling and dog walking once wintery weather hits us! Price was great… Shipping took a little while but I wasn’t in a hurry anyways. Thank you!

Only received half my order as the Evri driver stole one of my parcels. After a bit of back and forth with evri and no luck in finding the parcel, cuddlr have sent replacements! Fantastic customer services! Although I only received my jacket and not my trousers, I'm so happy with the jacket, it really is as warm as they say! Hopefully I'll love the trousers just as much when they arrive.

You have to pay for the return literally the scummiest thing i’ve ever heard. Sizes come up too small and you’ll have to spend over $100 to return.

Right, I bought the jacket and 2 pairs of the trousers, very happy great quality, the jacket is fantastic better than I thought it would be,
But of a let down was the delivery times, got trousers first then the jacket several days later, also delivered by Evri and not the stated courier , strange!!
Need to sort out dispatch and delivery times!! How long does it take to pick and package/post a couple of items ??

Ordered 2 weeks ago - was told theyre waiting for new stock. See new stock being advertised on social media. Yet my order status is not even moved to ready let alone delivered. All froms of contact are abysmal. Chat cant find a human. Instagram chatbot doesnt work. Emails and in website contact form not responded to - in response to their response you fail to mention your chat not having any answers or humans, your instagram not understanding anything, not having a phone number,you giving a expected delivery from yesterday but no status apart from paid, when you did repsond you still didnt know when stock would arrive yet you advertise on social media it had. Utterly abysmal and obviously failing

Ordering was easy and my question was answered promptly and satisfactorily. The items were delivered quickly and the product is excellent. I ordered the waterproof pants and they are a perfect fit. I bought them to wear in Finland this Christmas so haven’t tested them in the snow and cold yet but I don’t think I’ll be disappointed.

Good quality trousers can’t wait to try them out.

I ordered online. The waterproof trousers arrived well within 48hrs of me placing the order. It was my first order and am very happy with the trousers. Good quality, the fit is true to size, and the are warm! Due to the warm and dry weather at the moment, I have yet to wear them for their intended use at the stables in the wet, dreary winter, however. As a British Grooms Association member I also received a 10% discount, which was a very nice, and much appreciated, touch. Thank you to the team at Cuddlr.

Good quality but I didn't receive my socks?

I was a little worried as the trousers I ordered were coming from overseas, however I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They seem to be good quality and fit well. Sadly they were damaged in transit, but Cuddlr responded quickly to my email and have arranged for a replacement pair to be sent. Customer service has been excellent.

Very cosy trousers - the long length option is great. Excellent service and communication.

Really pleased with the trousers will be great for cold water swimming season. Fit well, being petite having different length choices is brilliant! I went for size small 30” leg in cuffed. Length is perfect. I’m 158cm and a size 10. They are roomy but fit really well, could wear leggings under. Super fast delivery too.

The trousers are not suitable for after cold water swim . No way will
Pull up legs even bigger size . Think it’s because inside is a lining and it bunches up . For me waste of money I felt misled
