Easy to order and great product, I can tell the trousers will be really warm and they fit perfectly. Delivery took longer than expected as they came from abroad, I thought I was buying items made in this country.

We're a UK company selling weatherproof fleece-lined outdoor clothing, and we don't have an order matching your details.
There is an unrelated business trading under a similar name at cuddlrplush.com or shopcuddlr.com selling bras and similar goods. We have no connection to them whatsoever, and we've received a number of enquiries from people who believed they had ordered from us. We're sorry for the confusion this has caused you.
If your order was placed with cuddlrplush.com, here's what we'd suggest:
Check your bank or card statement for the merchant name on the charge. That will confirm who took the payment.
If you're being charged on a recurring basis — several people have told us they were enrolled in a membership they didn't realise they had signed up for — contact your bank and ask them to cancel the continuous payment authority. Your bank must stop these payments when you ask them to, regardless of what the merchant tells you.
Request a chargeback through your bank or card provider for any payments you didn't authorise. Explain that you did not knowingly agree to recurring billing.

Great pair of warm winter trousers
I hesitated for a long time before ordering these but I wanted warm waterproof trousers I could wear for dog walking & a trip to Iceland in November. They arrived after a few days, they fit really well. I am a size UK 8, 5ft tall & am so thankful that these don't drag under my feet like most waterproof trousers. They are thick & warm, I can wear them either on their own or leggings under them, anything thicker I would imagine be quite bulky. I can't give 5 stars as I haven't worn them yet in cold, rainy weather but am very hopeful that they will be perfect. So far so good.

They fit loose enough I can wear pants underneath if I chose to.
They are so soft and comfortable.
I love these pants I would highly recommend them!

Customer service is excellent. I made my order and realised that I'd made a mistake. Good news you can change your order within 30 mins of ordering... Bad news my phone wasn't playing ball. After placing my order I received an email advising that I had 30 mins in which I could edit the order if something was wrong. After checking the details I realised I had clicked on cuffed bottoms not straight
I tried to amend but the system was asking for an additional payment
I emailed back explaining what had happened-Mike from the company contacted me & amended the order.
