Great customer service! Purchased a T-shirt from this site as a birthday gift for someone but was concerned about deliver times. The team were super responsive and helped me change the delivery to a quicker option so that it arrived in time. The T-shirt is lovely, sure the recipient will be really happy to receive it!

brand new jersey was faded
Ordered a brand new jersey with tags, it arrived with the number and name on the back slightly faded. It's very clear they do not properly store jerseys or just get used ones and put the tags on. For the amount I paid, I expect the jersey to be in excellent condition

Hi Geovanny. I'm really sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the shirt. I can assure you that we never add tags to an old shirt - anything listed as new with tags really is new! I apologies if there was a flaw with the name print on the reverse. We review everything carefully before listing and try to provide lots of photos but very occasionally we miss things. We have emailed you to offer compensation on this product. I hope this hasn't put you off using us again in the future.

I would give more than five stars if I could. Excellent service and amazing product. The shirt I ordered looked brand new despite it being from 2014 and customer service was really helpful. Definitely not the last time I’m buying from Cult Kits.

Match Worn Shirt from Cult Kits - amazing!
Purchased a match worn shirt from Cult Kits, as a collector with quite a few match issue shirts already I am always looking out for the real deal and have learnt to spot the details of a player item. The shirt I purchased was definitely as described, came with a COA including where/whom it was originally acquired from, and with all the details & photo matching was clearly legitimate.
In addition to this the shirt reached me under 24hours after ordering, which shocked me. Incredible! Trust this business!

Do not trust them
I decided to give them a second try and I truly regret that. I ordered from the on the 27nd of January with 5-day shipping. Tracing the package shows that it has not even left the UK. In contact with the company they try to tell me that the package has arrived to Iceland (my country of residency). What their source is I have no clue.
Update:
After not getting my jersey, I was issued with a full refund. Therefore I have changed my review to 3*. With full hindsight, I would not have ordered from them.

We’re vey sorry to hear that you feel your trust in us has been misplaced and fully understand your frustration. Whilst we processed and fulfilled your order on time, it is clear that the shipping and tracking of your order has been affected by the recent cyber incident, suffered by Royal Mail as of w/c 9th January. Export services to certain countries, (including Iceland) only resumed on the 30th January.
We were informed that, in some cases, these items entering this service once the issue was fixed, were not scanned when leaving the UK, to try and speed up the export process and allow the service to recover quicker. These items only then being scanned again when passing through customs upon arriving in their destination country. This has of course created confusion and unreliable information which is unfortunately out of our control. Therefore, a parcel’s status up to this point remain either unchanged or as ‘in transit’.
Regardless, of this situation, we appreciate our communication up to this point could have been clearer and understand why you may have found this information misleading. We remain on hand to assist you in ensuring your item is delivered. And if not, a full refund duly given. Kind regards.
Quick and Pragmatic, Love the Shirt
Ordered deadstock Japan 2020 football shirt which arrived swiftly, safe and sound.
Had a slight issue when ordering, used apple pay but this meant it skipped the discount/promo code section so the payment went through without having the chance to enter a discount code.
I replied to the purchase confirmation email with the issue (and evidence of the discount code) and David responded and dealt with the issue immediately - much appreciated! Very helpful and will definitely buy from Cultkits again when the right shirt pops up!
