I received my machine right after the new year. A friend suggested that I try this one after she had great luck and her 87 year old mother did too. I ordered it for lower back pain that I had been having for several months and lidocaine patches weren’t touching. After 3-4 days using twice a day I already felt relief!! Now at that point my pain wasn’t gone but so less severe. Now two weeks later I only have a slight dull ache at times!!! I have my husband using it in his bone on bone knees and I also started using it today on my feet as I have thickening nails as well as a possible stress fracture on one foot. I also have a friend that has used a light mat (different brand) for her neuropathy and a trigger finger and has seen results. I have a trigger finger as well so I added that today into my daily routine. 20 minutes go by SO FAST and every minute is so worth it!! I contacted Emma this afternoon with some questions and her responses were so quick and explained everything I was asking so clearly. What great customer service she sent throughout the evening!!! Kudos Emma…very impressive!
I couldn’t live without my red light. I have several bulging discs in my back and continue to have constant pain when it flares up. When I use my red light therapy on a regular basis, it is so helpful. I also use it the minute I get a sore throat and within a day it is gone. I’ve used it on my chest for heartburn and I’ve also used it on my stomach. It all works for me, thank you for creating such a wonderful product. I would totally recommend this to everyone I know.
I’ve had my red light for over a year and a few of my lights went out. I contacted the company and they replaced it immediately. I was very thankful. Great customer service.
I'm doing applications for my right knee as specified in instructions and my wife does applications for her right shoulder for a week now and both of us do not experience any improvements so far. We will continue in anticipation of better outcomes and will update our experience.

I have been researching red light therapy and had further questions. I reached out to customer support and had all my questions quickly and professionally answered by Emma. These products are not inexpensive and I appreciated getting all the information I needed to order intelligently.
Excellent customer service, got an upgrade to the new model for free.(While I just had bought and tried the model from 2024) Some major improvements, especially the mouth tray, fits way better and covers much more. Device has great design with some extra settings that the older model did not have. New price is way better as well even though I did not have to pay for the new one. Thanks.
my order was received in a relatively short time considering the street was torn up with all manner of construction vehicles making it difficult to get through. The therapy unit is easy to set up and use. The web site was not confusing when ordering
I have arthritis in my lower back from 22 years of working on cars for a living. It hurts me every morning when I wake up. I am a research guy and did a lot of research to try to find some relief. I found this Curayou red light therapy belt and thought I'd give it a try. Now I use it almost every morning! It stops the morning stiffness and pain to get me going and off to work again. I highly recommend it to anyone who has pain and stiffness from Arthritis. I think they still have a free trial period. What do you have to lose, except pain. Their service is A+ as well with helpful people and quick response times. Great company.
I’m not sure how to use these stretchy things. I thought it went up on the back of my legs and it’s weird. I don’t really care for it.

I purchased my RLT pad in Nov 24. I used it for hip bursitis that I was getting fairly regular steroid injections to relieve the pain.
I decided to try to use the red light therapy after talking to a chiropractor about its effectiveness.
I was not misled. I began to use it regularly every morning for 20 minutes and I have not had an injection of steroids in my hip in a year.
I am convinced the red light therapy in addition to exercise has alleviated my hip pain about 85%. I rarely take over the counter pain medication for it.
I recommend this product because it's effectiveness but also because the company stands behind their product. My pad began to shut off during use prematurely.
I contacted them. I had a quick response. Sent them a video. a replacement product was mailed to my house in under a month.
During this process I had regular communication with Emma. The rapid response is quite refreshing.
I cannot say how important it was to me that they replaced this product so quickly.
I am buying one for my parents for Christmas. I will be recommending it to friends and family. Yes you can find cheaper ones on the internet, after using this, I'd rather pay the money for something I know works.
I have three CuraYou products, two neuropathy pads and one back pad. I use all three all the time. Incredible results with neuropathy and helps with back and hip pain.

I bought my first Cureayou infrared pad after trying one on my back at my adult son’s house. I purchased the same brand as my son because I knew it worked. I have arthritis in my back, knees and hips and found two 20 minute sessions each place to give me the relief I was looking for. I bought a second pad for my wife who has neuropathy in her feet. Both of us have a regular routine of using the Curayou infrared pads daily.

Easy ordering/check out process. The website is easy to navigate and has a streamlined list of products available. I like to read reviews of products I purchase online as I think it's helpful in making decisions.
I do remember getting an email confirmation when I placed my order; however, I did not receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
We had to use the warranty after 9 months. Sent them an email and within a week they had a new one sent to us. NO questions no fuss no strings attached they just sent us a new one. Use it almost everyday so getting it replaced quickly made my day.
They replaced 2 units that quit working.
The red lite seems to give some relief on my joints.
