Customer service is the best! They handled a couple problems I'd had with the healing pad quickly and and without issue. The healing pad helped heal a tailbone fracture that even after six months was not healing on its own. I now use it daily for its general near-infrared healing properties.
I contacted CuraYou through their Customer Service email. Emma replied and asked me to send a video of what was going on. I did and she immediately realized that I had inadvertently switched my settings and that is why my CuraYou was not working. With her help I was able to put the settings back correctly, and my pad was working. I give 10/10 to Emma and CuraYou for response time, clear and concise directions, and helpfulness. Also I credit my CuraYou pad in helping to heal my torn meniscus!!!

Emma has answered every email with information requested. I currrently use the mouthpiece which had given me relief for TMJ. I have plantars but was reserved about red light therapy. She had given me a lot of information which I appreciate. This company is top notch

I had two operations to remove cancer tumors and the healing pad has helped me immensely. The one operation was on my weight bearing upper thigh. The pain was so bad after they removed my tumor and the healing pad has helped me. I been using it twice a day for around a month.
I ordered a light therapy device and mistakenly had 2 items in cart that I had checked out and paid for. I emailed support and Emma from Curayou responded very quickly saying she took care of it and removed the extra device. I also received updated invoice soon thereafter! Wonderful, fast and friendly service.
I had a problem with the remote and their response was super fast. It turned out to be a bad battery.
So far so good with this product!
I have been using the Cura Oral Revive Elite as directed for about 8 months. It did not whiten my teeth. I also bought this primarily to help with Perio pockets. The mouth piece is for the front area. It fits a smaller mouth and is not adjustable and is uncomfortable. Does not reach the back gum areas of the mouth.

I had some concerns and emailed your company. I received a prompt answer and the answer was very helpful and met my needs.
Bought this at the recommendation of Dr. Rosman for gastritis. The therapy is super easy and soothing. When we took the stool test about 3 weeks into this therapy, Inflammation markers had dropped four times more than they had in the month before with diet and meds alone. The stomachache is gone now and I feel more energized overall. Just really glad I didn’t ignore this.

We bought Cura You Pro Wave Deep Healing Pad and OralRevive Elite last fall following a recommendation from our massage therapist/yoga teacher. We have been pleased with the relief in our back pain from the Healing Pad. We haven't used the OralRevive Elite as much as we should, but plan to become more diligent with it as we are encountering oral issues. When I thought I was having problems with the OralRevive controller, Emma was so helpful and patient - and it turned out I was doing something incorrectly! She was so gracious even though I felt a bit foolish. Would defiinitely recommend you give Cura You products a try.
Emma is always so helpful, I have asked for advice on more than one occasion, she answers quickly and I really like her knowledge, I'm feeling so much better with 2 1/2 weeks using the Ultra Red Light. I purchased a Laserflex Ultra in March of this year and in June two of the five panels just stopped working. I contacted customer support and Emma reached out to me the next day with several questions and a request for a video showing the problem. Two weeks later I had a replacement unit. I was very pleased with the speed and quality of assistance I received from Emma and customer service. I am also very pleased with the unit itself. I suffer from lumbar spinal stenosis and have used the Laserflex Ultra twice a day five days a week since March with excellent results. This unit in combination with Physical Therapy has kept me mobile, my pain manageable and allowed me to avoid a second back surgery.
