I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review for any business in my life, but my experience with Curveins has been extremely disappointing and detrimental.
Before placing my order, I specifically confirmed that the items could be returned if they didn’t work out. However, when I attempted to make a return, I was initially told that I could not return them. The return process itself was incredibly difficult and frustrating.
There is no phone number to call—customer service is only available through email. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and often felt unprofessional. After numerous emails, I was finally given instructions and a return label. To make matters worse, customers are charged a fee for each item returned.
My return was delivered over a month ago, and I am still waiting for my refund, which amounts to hundreds of dollars. At this point, I find the situation shocking and unacceptable.
I shop online frequently and have returned items to many retailers over the years. Never have I experienced such a difficult return process or such a long delay in receiving a refund.
The clothing may look cute online, but buyers should be aware of the challenges they may face if they need to make a return. Based on my experience, I would proceed with extreme caution before ordering from this company.

I placed the order and checked tracking after 2 weeks and I couldn't quite tell where the dress was located so I emailed customer service because I needed the dress for an event. I received a quick reply that said they would prompt the shipping company to ship quickly. I received the dress the next day. Likely not due to the prompt, BUT I did receive a real and timely reply from customer service that was helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised about the quality of the dress for the price. Back in the day I did some pageants so I've worn a lot of sequin dresses and this one was good quality for the price. Pleasantly surprised after order from a social ad. Thank you Curve Ins!

I have sent multiple emails and my window to return the items is getting shorter. I can’t find a phone number to get a hold of customer service.

I ordered several dresses in different sizes to try. However, I received a dress that I didn’t order rather than one I did. Contacted the company and it first they were very responsive. Once I asked for a return label to send all the dresses back I have not received a response despite emailing twice requesting a return and response.

I'm still waiting to receive a response to my request for a return label or shipping address to return a dress. Its nearing time for the 30-day return window -- it seems like they're purposely holding off responding so then they can say it's too late for me to return. Why not just have the ability to download a return receipt from the website or provide the shipping address -- that's what Shein does. But this is a company that sells the same exact dresses for double and triple the prices and doesn't provide a clear way to return. Never again! And I'll be contacting my bank to report the purchase as a fraud/scam and reverse the charge. Take my advice, don't bother with this company -- go to Shein instead. It's the exact same dresses for half the price and you can easily return if it doesn't work out.

Initially I left a negative TrustPilot review, regarding issues with sizing and quality, but most importantly lack of response to my return request. After I left my TrustPilot review, the company responded to my emails and initiated and fully processed my return. After they finally contacted me, their communication was excellent. I only wish that it did not take a negative review to do it. Because of the 180, I am moving my review to 3, with the caveat that I’m still skeptical about the reviews of the products (my product review wasn’t posted and two other reviews (one incorrectly describing the product - so fair enough) were taken down).
