The dresses do not look at all like what is pictured, they are poor quality and the refund procedure is a joke that would take so long to do that you feel stuck.

So far, it's been nearly a month and I am still waiting on my dress. I tried to cancel my order and they refused. It is still in transit and who knows when I'll get it. I'll update my review about the dress if it ever comes.
Well it came one month later and is not as pictured at all. I've contacted for refund 2ce no response. Don't waste your time or money. 19.99 for a dress 9.99 shipping and what a waste.

I placed an order for 2 dresses & and was happy with one. It turns out to be virtually impossible to return for a refund. I am still attempting to do so. I believe they are putting me off until their 30 day time limit expires. I contacted customer service they advised I needed to send pictures - this for a dress that didn't fit. I did that twice . About 10 days later they answer warning me that I will have to pay shipping. Then they offer a 25$ coupon on my next order instead. Or a refund of 15%. Still no information on how or where to return. They do keep sending me requests for a review. Once I fill out the poor review linked to their email, surprise it doesn't go through. I am still trying. This is ridiculous for a mail order company , returns need to be an option. Do not order from them.
Update. I got a reply from customer service offering this time a 50% refund ( no need to return ) . I replied again that I could not wear the dress. I said at this point if they will refund 70% I will just keep it . They accepted .

If there was less than 1 star I would give it. DO NOT purchase from this company. I purchased a dress to wear to my son's wedding plus an on special 5 piece mystery pack. Total cost $151.
The dress was not close to the colour advertised and the mystery pack was nothing short of disgusting. The shirts were old and outdated, the packaging was perished and the labels unreadable. These items looked very old.
I requested a refund and sent photos only to be told the closest refund address was California (even though the package's return address was NSW ).
The mystery pack was not refundable at all, regardless of the fact the products was inferior and old.
So they offered me a $53.50 refund and a 60% off voucher for my next purchase.
I told them how disgusted I was and to keep the voucher as I will never purchase from them again
Once again DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They ripped me off $100 would hate to see if happen to anyone else.

I made an order on Feb 16 and now is March 18 and it said awaiting shipping! I contacted customer service on march 7 and they said we will try to ship soon. 10 days later , still awaiting shipping!!

I was very satisfied with my purchase.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from flycurvy. The dress I was sent does not look like the advertised dress, quality is cheap and the dress was damaged. I ordered a month in advance and it was still late. They offered a coupon at 60% so I had to pay for them sending me damaged goods. Please don’t waste your time, money, or patience with flycurvy.

Dress not like on website and much larger than size ordered. Colour diffwrent and fabric cheaper than expected. Next time will stick to tried and tested bricks and motar shops for a special dress. Shipping took ages to Australia and by time received too late to return.

I'd actually give this company less than 1 star. They don't provide tracking, they don't answer emails, I can't find a phone number to speak to a human. They email bogus updates and claim you recieved what your items but indeed you have not. I have recieved an email stating it's delivered. I have been home because of the holidays but it's definitely not here. I have sent 4 or 5 emails to customer service and responded to their delivery status work no assistance

It took six weeks for Flycurvy to send me a dress that I Did Not order. Instead of giving me a full refund they suggested giving me $30 and I keep the incorrect dress. WhenI declined they offered $50 back and I keep the item. Finally on my last refusal they gave refund minus a $5 discount coupon.

Paying the amount per dress you would think the products at FlyCurvy would be an easy decision. Mark my words, DO NOT ORDER from FlyCurvy. If you are unsatisfied, you will only be offered 20% back from purchase amount. It took 3 weeks to get the dresses, one was not the same material as pictured on website and rhe other was 5 inches too long. You are wasting your time, money and hope for a presentable garment when purchasing from Fly Curvy.

It took 52 days to receive the item, well past the 10-20 day shipping window. The sleeves were too small and the bust was too large, and did not match the measurements posted for the garment.
