Excellent service with a very good product delivered on time. Highly recommend

I have had quite a few Birthday Banners and would not use anyone else. I did before I discovered Custom Banners but not since. The work/banners are just fabulous in every way. The quality, style, price. Time they are produced in is really, really good. Always make sure you receive in plenty of time. The customer service is exceptional, James is so, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A guy who goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything and the banner is exactly the way you want it, also willing to change if you want him to and again he won’t just do it he will get your approval again. I ordered an LFC 18th banner in June this year, fab and waiting on a 21st one to arrive that I have approved and delighted with it. I have had banners from Custom over the last few years they are brilliant. Massive thank you

I have ordered from custom birthday banners for the 3rd year in a row this year for my daughters birthday. Every year I have been blown away. They have always created exactly what I have asked for and more. Whenever I’ve had an issue with delivery or anything else, they have been extremely helpful and always solved the problem. When emailed about any issues they are very quick to respond and get the problem sorted straight away. I will continued to have banners from here for years to come. They are truly amazing!

Fantastic service and the banner itself is brilliant. Its made of really strong vinyl and the artwork is amazing. Would not hesitate to buy again from this truly 5* company.

So disappointed with how they treat their customers when things go wrong. Told to return the item for a refund when it didn’t arrive when promised, only for the company to backtrack and hide behind their terms and conditions. Please read their T&Cs fully before purchasing anything from this company. To qualify for a refund you are expected to return the item within 24 hours of receiving it. This wasn’t pointed out during the many emails sent and received regarding the returns procedure. I wonder how many more people they have ripped off with their one sided returns policy

Great communication from order to what was a very speedy delivery. Banner itself looks great too and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Lovely quality banner, brilliant communication. I was kept undated at every step and the banner arrived on time. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future

I have ordered 2 banners for my daughters 1st birthday and I have to say I don't normally leave reviews but this one deserves a review and recommendation both my banners are amazing quality and so is the picture quality will definitely make my little girl party decorations special thank you! Contacted for a personal designed banner for my daughter's 7th birthday, speedy email replies, banner was agreed and paid and with in the week arrived at my door!

I received banner on time considering my location being (Northern Ireland) and at short notice to this company they pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with everything. Over the moon 5* all round and the quality was far better than i expected it to be 😀. I had one happy wee boy on his birthday 🎂 excellent customer service I will recommend to all family and friends.

Paid for next day dispatch and delivery the following day but received nothing - placing the order on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday. Ruined my 4 year old's birthday as I had to dash out and get generic ones from Asda. They blame the courier Parcelforce which you can tell from other reviews is just rubbish. Don't order from this company if you really need it next day! Hopeless and deceitful!

James designed a banner for my daughter's 21st birthday. It is perfect and has arrived in good time. He was really helpful and kept in touch throughout the process.
