The service I received from James was exemplary. Within minutes of speaking to him via email he resent the first draft of the poster which was perfect and no changes had to be made. I was pleasantly surprise how quick and efficient the service was. Delivery was also very quick and came days before I expected it. The quality of the poster is superb. The service and quality of the banner is excellent and beyond. I received the banner quickly. When uploading a photo I could not get it to fill the photo frame on the banner but did my best to make it look presentable.
On receipt of the banner, the photo was beautifully adjusted to fill the frame and the quality of the banner exceeded my expectations.

I will definitely be ordering banners only from here in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Had two custom made banners from a design supplied by me. James at Custom Birthday Banners was quick to advise on the format they required and provided a proof in good time. I was advised of delivery date and the banner arrived by Royal Mail 24 hr as promised.

This is my second order. Thank you so much. I received the banner this morning and I’m very happy ;)

I was looking for a banner for my sons Birthday and I came across Custom Birthday Banners. Looking through I found what I wanted but it needed tweaking, so I dropped them an email. A number of emails over one morning (I was really surprised how quickly they responded) each time James from CBB sent me a tweaked mock up version of what I wanted.
Finally once I was happy with the design James sent me a link to make payment and the banner arrived within a week.
Attention to detail - he asked what the latest was I needed it by. My timeframe was quite long, if I’d said sooner I’d bet my last pound CBB would have delivered.
Banner arrived and I couldn’t be happier great quality and a MORE than reasonable price.
In my opinion you’d be foolish to consider ordering from anybody else.
They even dropped me an email a few days after purchase to say thank you and hoped I liked my banner.
That’s truly customer first !!
