Efficient service from start to finish. Excellent communication from James regarding the final look of the banner and even made sure it was dispatched and delivered before the next round of Royal Mail strikes, which was my main concern. It was delivered at record timing and James even got in contact to make sure I had received and satisfied with the banner. Will be recommending to friends and family.

So pleased with my purchase the banner was perfect and great quality my mother in law loved it for her 80th party. Deffo buy again 5 star service came in 2 days thank you so much ☺️

I came across Customer Birthday Banners whilst browsing through Google. It's my sons 21st and I needed a banner. The website was very user friendly and easy browse through, I chose the relevant banner and was able to upload 2 photos to personalise the banner, it also came with eyelets options which is great. I paid for it and received email confirmation. A couple days later I received an email from James, asking what's the latest date I require the banner. As I booked the item weeks in advance ( my advice is to choose your item at least 2 weeks in advance ) I emailed back and mentioned I require it by 24th Aug 22. On 22nd Aug 22 I received an email with a Parcelforce tracking number. I wIted the whole day and checked the tracking number. It said an attempt was made to be posted. As u have Ring I checked my recordings, no delivery was made, I contacted Parcelforce, the operator asked to check from Customer Banners if they had put the correct address on the package, I emailed.. James replied confirming that my address was correct, He also was concerned and wrote should I need further assistance then to contact. I contacted Parcelforce, apparently the item was just in their Depot amd it was taking time to come out for delivery. No fault from Customer Banners. It took a further 2 days, basically I received the item o the day of the function, no mistake by Customer Banners. James was in contact with me throughout and I thank him for that. The item was perfectly packaged and looked great too.

Great quality, durable banner with a good selection of themes. Easy to use website, good communication through the process and delivery when promised.

Received my LFC banner this morning and it's amazing. For my son's 40th birthday in America. They also added a USA & UK flags on the banner for me. Super helpful and obliging would definitely recommend and I will use custom birthday banners again!! Great communication, thankyou James and the team ..so very happy

We ordered 2 banners for my daughter 18th birthday on Saturday so I oredered on Thusday morning for Friday delivery, £24 (for each banner) for next day delivery but I wanted them in time.
On friday afternoon I got a call saying they were still at the printers and did I want to pick them up. I could not, so they said they would post them.
Saturday morning a delivery came and there was only 1 banner in the package. Birthday banners were shut, I got though to the printers with details from Royal mail tracking andf they said they wouold not speak to me, I had to go though Birthday banners who were closed. The printers hung up the phone on me and then would not answer my call
After a lot of chasing, I have a refund going though for the undelivered banner, but they refuse to refund any of my next day £24 fee, even though it took 2 days from day of order.
If they would have sent next day, I would have been able to speak to someone about only having 1 banner and had the issue easlity resolved

The banner looked great, and it was delivered on time. We had some initial struggles contacting the company, but everything went smoothly after I sent them an email. James was a big help. Thank you.

Very pleased with banner. Was a gift for my granddaughters 1st birthday.. colours and photos came out well.
