I ordered a banner and recieved an email the same day with a memo asking if I was happy with it which I was and recieved the banner a few days later. James was lovely polite in his email.

Absolutely foul service.
Paid for express service. Even confirmed via email that I require item for Thursday for my sons 18th birthday.
Confirmed via email by custom birthday banners that I will receive item Thursday.
Item never arrived.
Contacted custom birthday banner he stated it’s not his responsibility and that I should chase Royal Mail.

However citizens advice bureau state it’s the sellers responsibility to make sure item is delivered. And not the buyers responsibility to chase the delivery company.

Awful service.

Errors happen. It’s how an error is rectified that separates a decent company to a non-decent one.

The banner arrived on Saturday. Albeit it was very late but the quality is superb. Hence I’ve changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star review.
Plus I’ve calmed down from the initial ‘heat of the moment’ anger.

After a family member forgot to order the banner, I hoped there would be an online company who had a super-quick option. Bingo! I ordered the banner last Tuesday, and selected the 2-day option. It arrived on Thursday lunchtime, and actually the banner is better than I'd anticipated. I am delighted with it. Top marks to Custom Birthday Banners. Retrospectively I found a few very bad reviews, however, I take little notice of reviews that contain a lot of !!! capital letters and bad spelling. Yes occasionally things might go wrong, even in my business :-( but I have a feeling that some people are just permanently angry. I am not, and credit should be placed where it's due, CBB delivered on time, at a great price, and exactly as described. Well done. Karen
