Ok product
We have several name tags from Name Badges Int'l whom you absorbed. The ones we just got from you seem lesser quality. They are printed slightly off center, so the white edge shows slightly more on one side than the other. They are not quite as solid, they feel lighter and almost hollow. The colors aren't as bright. Would have liked add'l font choices. But the service and shipping were fine, a little faster than before.

Easy, but complicated
Ordering was easy! I simply uploaded our image and picked the sizes and it was good to go. The problem was the tracking. After 7 days, there was no update. I think there should be a record every time my order is touched. I am still waiting for an update and hoping it arrives on time.

Customer service resolved the problem
Updated: Within 24 hours of posting this review the Custom Genie team reached out. They sent my order right away and gave me a credit toward a future order. Though the initial experience was disappointing, I am open to trying again given how responsive they were to my feedback. If you have an urgent order, I wouldn't wait to contact them for updates.
Original: I never got my order, no updates on the order. It's still awaiting fulfillment. It's been over 3 weeks. It's hilarious that this is the second time I've gotten an email asking for my feedback on something that I never even got.

Poor print quality on stickers

It was a "Meh" experience.
I wasn't crazy about the 4 stickers per sheet, especially since each of the graphic designs touched each other making cutting them apart less than easy.
I also wasn't happy at all with the flimsy vinyl material. It was difficult to work with when trying to apply one of the stickers. If there is a light breeze they will flap around while you are trying to put it on the surface AND the material stretched a bit. This makes applying the sticker difficult in that you really have to work it to get all the creases and bubbles out.
Meanwhile I ordered stickers from another company at the same time and the quality is much better. We'll see how long they last out in the weather.
