Terrible Customer Service.
Terrible customer service. I did not receive the requested proof before production and needed to make a change from what was originally submitted, so my name badge was not correct when delivered. I also did not receive a reply to my email inquiry regarding this issue. I have been using NBI for my company's name tags for years, but will not be ordering from Custom Genie again.
Updated to add: A rep reached out with questions after I posted my initial review, seemingly in an effort to resolve my issue. I responded, but once again never heard back. The customer service I have received from World Emblem / Custom Genie is atrocious, and I would not recommend dealing with this company.

So Helpful and Polite
I had a coupon code that didn't work so i called in to ask if there was another i could use since we were placing a good sized order. The gentleman on the phone was very polite, helpful and quick.

NBI's form was easier to navigate
NBI's form was easier to navigate. This form had error after error and no easy option to change the font to a basic white, even with using #ffffff. I ordered the badge, asked them to change the font color and we'll see how it looks.

I had troubles ordering a new badge as we've done in the past. Was told via email to do a re-order and put the new and different employee name in the "special instructions". But when the new badge came it still had the old name on it. No one paid attention to the special instructions.

The last company we used
The last company we used, I believe it was Name Badge International, had an excellent website. They saved our badge design, so whenever we needed to reorder, it was quick and easy to do.
With this company, I have to go back in and recreate the badge from scratch every time, which is very cumbersome and time-consuming.

I'm not great with technology
I'm not great with technology, so it probably took longer than it should to design my stickers. But I found the process to be user friendly and I got it done pretty easily. When the stickers arrived they were exactly as I hoped.

This is our first time ordering since you took over Name Badges International. I included in the notes that I wanted to order name badges exactly like the previous but I did not see the option. The name badges I got were NOT like the previous. They are smaller and the font was not what I wanted.
