Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company to deal with - they are very careful to get everything right. This is the second time I’ve bought coats from them and the quality is superb - made to measure a really good way to do it and they fit really well. One thing we noticed was how good the button hole are - the buttons just slide in and out easily with a perfect fit. Would happly buy from them again.

Very happy with the product. Good quality, comfortable fit. Well packaged to minimise any potential damage in transit and delivered surprisingly quickly, considering Christmas is so close.

Custom Jacket
I placed an order for a custom made Jacket to my measurements. I asked for a limegreen suede leather used only for women in the shop - and they made a brando-cut jacket for me as a male.
It fits to 100%! The given measurements were used accurate. To work is beautiful and i'm satisfied with the product, it looks stunningly beautiful.
Made by a real heavy suede leather.
Perfect!

Have dealt with this company 2 times before.So its probably obvious I really like what this company can do.Just super and lovely looking leather jackets of good quality.Personally I think its so nice you can try and ask whatever little detail you want to your specification.They are always willing to listen to what you would like and say whether its possible.Usually done in a relatively quick period of time too considering the work that must go into them all.I'm also someone who appreciates good customer service and good communication with a company.They do that too.I'm fortunate to have a few jackets from these now.and though I don't really need anymore.I probablys will go back for more.Many thanks.

Helpful and nice customer service
I ordered a custom jacket, and I received answers to all of my questions, good advise and fast reply to my e-mails.
They double checked the measurements and customiced changes, and sent photos at the end of the finished jacket before shipping it. A good experience, nice people and the jacket is very good quality, soft lambskin, color as pictured on the website. Will order again in the future!

The leather blazer is of exceptional…
The leather blazer is of exceptional quality for the price.
I’d ordered a size 16 and it arrived a day after order and was too small, after an email the company arranged for a postage label to be emailed to me and they processed the return and a replacement size really quickly. Communication was really good throughout.
The size 18 is absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend Custom Jackets.

Long coats in MATRIX and BLADE style
Good advice via email, the measurements were adjusted to my body measurements, chest, shoulders, waist, sleeve length. That was very important to me, as I don't fit a standard size M. I have a narrow upper body and very long limbs.
Special requests, such as a different belt, were implemented. We even negotiated the price. All in all, good work for a reasonable price. If anyone asks where I got the coats, I will recommend them.
The only downside... the UK is not in the EU, so import duties and taxes are charged.
