My custom jacket made a family member so jealous, that he decided to order the same, only with different sizes. It arrived in RECORD TIME and the quality and craftsmanship are as superb as the previous order.

I see no point in buying standard sized jackets in a regular shop anymore. The folks at customjackets.co.uk deliver top quality, custom sized for perfect fit, for the same price or maybe even less.

Can't praise them enough. They use fast 24-hour DPD tracked service so it's easy to track what's going on with your purchase.

I bought a floor-length coat from them (pretty heavy) but unfortunately it was damaged on arrival. I contacted them about it and they immediately paid for a royal mail return label for me, and once it was returned they sent a new one out with the same fast tracked service - all out of their own pocket with no extra charges for me.

They're quick to reply to emails or questions too.

I can't speak for the alteration service as they informed me they're currently unable to do it because of Covid, so I'm going to try to find a local tailor instead. But regarding returns or refunds or exchanges they're very vigilant and attentive.

The item is gorgeous too, and surprisingly heavy despite not being made out of cowhide.

They even add little free gifts with every purchase.

Gave them my measurements, jacket turned up completely wrong size, they refuse a refund..
THEY ALSO REFUSE TO ALTER THE JACKET.
