I got exellent service, super good looking jackets, very fast shipped.
100%happy customer, I will use this seller again.

Only problem is the finished article looked like nothing I asked for, I don't think they took my requests seriously. They produced what they wanted to, rather than what I asked for. The company played cards close to their chests as to whether they understood what was required and what i was wanting from them, there was no transparency - didn't disclose to me exactly what they planned to make - so what you end up with is a bit of a lottery, I certainly got a suprise on receiving finished item.
They claim with their experience making any jacket is simple, yet seemed to struggle to get what I wanted made for some reason, I don't think I asked for anything too complicated, another company I contacted said making it would be no problem at all.
In hindsight I wished I went ahead with the first company I came across and payed a little more for it. In meantime i might have to sell this jacket at a much reduced cost and make a loss and put money towards getting another one made.

Ordered a biker-style jacket with customisations, and it was everything I expected it to be. The fit was perfect for me, and it had all the customisations I wanted for a great price.

I am very tall (6ft8) and quite slim built which makes it really hard to find the right fit. I've chanced a ready made size L jacket but unfortunately it didn't fit me and I had to return it which was kindly accepted back. I had numerous emails with the company afterwards measuring, discussing and trying to find the right fit jacket for me. These people were extremely helpful and as supportive as possible. Even in the face of the pandemic situation they kept me informed about the progress of making my jacket. Eventually I received it a few days ago and all I can tell - it's perfect! The leather is soft, feels and looks really good. I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and the product I received. For the price I paid and the overall quality I received, I couldn't be asking for more. Would highly recommend this company. I bought a classic Brando style leather jacket in cowhide.

I was looking for a specific type of coat. I choose a design and adapted it in many ways to a point I thought they'd go crazy because of the many requests and adaptions. I received the coat this week and it is absolutly perfect. Beyond expectations! Absolutly fabelous, I will definatly be recommending your company!

If you are looking for a custom made jacket, then this is the place to go! The guys were extremely helpful throughout the ordering process and ensured I had the correct measurements and that I was happy with all the details. I was sent a proof of the jacket before the jacket was dispatched too to make sure I was happy with the finished product. The quality of the jacket surpassed any expectations I had. It was made to such a high standard and was EXACTLY how I wanted it. The price I paid was great also, it was well worth the money.

Picked out the jacket from the website and contacted via e-mail because it was to be a different size to the off the peg jacket.Took a few e-mails back and forward to fully ascertain my sizes. They were very thorough in checking all of the dimensions of the jacket. 10 days later I have a perfect fitting, good looking jacket. Very impressed with the service and also the low extra cost of the alterations.

Ok had some funds it has turned cold came an ordered a coat simple it would appear but no. I am slightly different size wise and wanted a coat with flair. SO phone calls from the supplier to check size items and style. Then e-mails and then news it may take 10 days but hey it arrived after 7 days and what a job I love it. We came to this company with no previous dealing. We wanted to modify one of their jackets to look like a much more expensive one. What they did for us was create a perfect clone of the jacket we wanted from scratch at a fraction of the price. I was looking for a leather jacket similar to ones I had purchased from another company some years ago, however, I have since put on weight and that other company now has nothing that would fit me. After some searching I found the Custom Jackets site and was quite impressed with the variety of styles on offer and also the possibility of custom sizes at reasonable prices. I placed my order and when it arrived it fitted perfectly. I decided to order a suede jacket as well, made to the same sizes given. It has just arrived and it too fits perfectly.
The quality of the items and the personal service I have received are second to none.

i place an order for a custom movie jacket replica. Just send some pictures and ask if it was possible. Answer immediately , yes it's possible. After measurements and details sent to the tailor the process begun. I had several messages to confirm some size, ask me more information for the custom pieces and the most important the tailor gave me his advises to make the most fitting item. 1 week and the jacket was in my hands. 100% movie accurate, the leather is soft, smooth but solid and thick , perfectly cut and easy to wear with all clothes. I've been wanting a leather jacket for a while, but with bigger arms, I would have to buy jackets 3-4 sizes bigger to feel comfortable which removes any fit from the body.

I stumbled upon this website and noticed that the pricing isn't that much higher than generic jackets. I emailed them to talk about the options and the design and they were happy to help. Very patient with figuring out the measurements and the design. The jacket I wanted had a bit of a more complex design so it took a little longer than advertised. It also fell over Easter period which doesn't help the timing.

But it arrived, and it's exactly what I wanted. Has a nice fit and all the customisations I asked for, such as having an inner pocket.

I was also updated on the progress regularly. Received pictures to show what was happening.
