My experience has been wonderful!! It was an easy process and the customer support was very responsive. I love the final project.

I must admit, I was very skeptical about ordering through a company I was unfamiliar with, but I kept seeing their advertisements, so I took a chance and I was NOT disappointed. They actually exceeded my expectations. The representative was EXTREMELY patient and understanding to my needs. They went "above and beyond" what I would ever expect. Their video was "spot on" and left my wife speechless. Thank you again for your service.

I had a custom love story done for my parents 60th anniversary! I had so many revisions because I wanted to get the story right! They even got my parents images right!! AND the time period! The customer service was amazing!! I will recommend this to everyone I know! It’s worth every penny! It came out EXACTLY like I wanted!! Thank you so much!!

They did changes quite well. I only wish the scenes stayed in sync with our jobs. And the voice over an secence matched better. Other wise live it very cute an made all big changes I asked for.

I’m very happy with how my video turned out! The quality was great, and they did an excellent job bringing our story to life. I requested a few revisions along the way, and they listened to my feedback and made the changes I requested. The final video feels personal and tells our story beautifully. I can’t wait to share it with my wife!! Highly recommend!!

I was thinking my Fiance would cry, but it was me that teared up when I first saw it. As good as it was, It wasn't exactly what I wanted. They worked with me until I was 100% satisfied with the final version. I sent it back 3 times for revisions until I was satisfied. Thanks!

I was a little skeptical since I bought this on a whim off of IG. And - the final version was perfect. I submitted three rounds of feedback and each made it better (and not worse like can sometimes happen). I cannot WAIT to show it to my partner :)

Every change I requested to fine tune my love story was done very near to perfectly as far as my memory goes. It was amazing to see our unique love story come to life in this great quality 2 minute video.

I took the time to create a few paragraphs of our story, not knowing how it would translate but their team did an amazing job creating a visual story from my words, adding in details which helped carry the finished product from good to GREAT! we went through a couple of edits to adjust the look of the "characters" and wording and I couldn't be happier. Maria was helpful, she communicated timely and made sure I knew what was happening through this process, and their team applied my feedback coupled with their creativity!!!

Great video, had to request adjustments a couple of times. Changes were made in a timely manner and the end result is wonderful! Will be a very special anniversary gift.

It was absolutely beautiful and my girl loved it. She was so amazed how the animation of our characters was so detailed from beginning to end. The customer service was superior. If you had a question or a change or an addition to the animation they were right there to correct it. THANKS

Sketchmeup is a wonderful family ran business that has amazing customer service. They communicate within a day. They actually listened to me with my concerns and applied it to the video. They put little details into the video that my wife saw and made it so much special and made her cry with joy. The video was amazing. We have this video to share and enjoy forever.

Absolutely loved my movie. It was so sweet and they captured my best memories of us. He loved it and cried, he knew it was us from the beginning! Great job, fast turnaround. I highly recommend this for any occasion.

Extremely disappointing and misleading customer service. use a different AI digital art company there are plently.

This company advertises a “100% money-back guarantee” and specifically says, “just email us and we’ll refund your order — no questions asked.” I did exactly that. I requested a refund before my video was even created, shortly after placing my order.

Instead of responding to my refund request, they ignored it until after the video was completed. I was then told that the order was non-refundable. I have since contacted them multiple times and asked for the issue to be escalated, and I am still being ignored.

How can a company advertise a 100% money-back guarantee with “no questions asked” while refusing a refund that was requested before the service was completed?

The product itself is one thing, but the customer service and handling of my refund request have been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
