Honestly i ordered them read the reviews and thought i was gonna get scammed, it’s one week later i ordered 12 of april and it’s came today! no issues whatsoever so i don’t know what the bad reviews are about? My friend also brought a necklace from here and it came in about 5 days.

Diabolical company . Take your money , Take weeks to deliver, not 1-2 days as promised. Do not answer emails, do not give a refund despite stating the item has been returned . Avoid at all costs

Great communication after royal mails delay through the Christmas period, CUTEBITZ gave me a 40% discount code after a issue which wasn’t their fault…

Will buy again…

Awful company absolute scam been waiting 3 weeks for the tennis necklace and have not heard anything since, tried to contact them multiple times and they don’t reply, now i have to dispute through my bank. ONBUY.com sells the same thing and their actually legit

I ordered a bracelet for £30 from cutebitz.jewellery three weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. I emailed them and have not had any response at all.

This was supposed to be a Christmas present, and I’m really disappointed with both the delay and the lack of communication.

At this point, I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop until they improve their service.

Bought a ring for a birthday gift of a teenager. Never dealt with this company before, so had no clue, the ring is not adjustable. There was no size option to chose, however, the colour option was available instead.
Highlighted this problem to the company. They failed to acknowledge, it is an error on a website and refuse to cover return label. Poor customer service.

Bought the icy watch,was happy with it until I realised it was loosing time,then stopped working completely I replaced the battery and had the same problem,also gems fell out in the first week of me having it,not impressed 45 quid wasted,wouldn’t recommend at all

I purchased the Icy Watch for a Christmas gift, brilliant delivery and watch was just what our daughter wanted, happy days until after 12 wears, 4 of the crystals have fallen out around the watch face. I've now contacted cute bitz with 3 emails and not had any response, so I suppose i'm going to remain £45.00 out of pocket and with a watch that's not aesthetically pleasing. Such a shame. Cute bitz need to sort out their customer care service

Purchased a ring and It didn’t fit so wanted to send it back but there’s so instructions on how to send back and isn’t replying to messages or emails. doesn’t really seem to care about customers.

I purchased the cute bitz royal necklace for my daughters birthday, two and a half months on and it's broken.
I contacted the company and the response was that they can't do anything as its out of the 30 day policy.
No offer to fix it or even a part refund or exchange. To me this is poor customer service and I won't be buying from them again.

Order for silver icy watch was placed on the 06NOV23 with shipment confirmation received on the same day. Royal mail track & trace is showing the same update for 3 weeks meaning that the label & tracking number has been created but order never shipped as advised by Royal Mail representative.
Cute Bitz have responded to my email advising that the delay is caused by post being overwhelmed with Christmas period which was also not true as confirmed by the Royal Mail.
Second email was sent to Cute Bitz today requesting replacement or a refund. Hope for the positive response to be received shortly so I can come back here and update further.

I ordered the ice watch for my12 year old daughter on Friday night and was delivered today. (Monday) after ordering I decided to Google this company and some of the reviews are terrible. I really thought this company was a scam but I take it all back. Watch is lovely. Daughter will be over the moon at Christmas when she gets it thank you!

Brilliant absolutely love the watch for my daughter’s birthday so so many compliments and amazing communication already chose more stuff for Xmas x thank you cannot recommend enough !!

I was looking for something nice for my wife and daughter. Website was easy to use. Ordered the Royal set which comes with earrings, a necklace and bracelet only paid £80.00 arrived on Monday this week and my wife loves it !!! Brownie points for me. My daughter i bought the planet set for £25.00. Another win for me. Its always difficult buying for my 17 year old daughter but this was perfect. The 1 star reviews i would take with a pinch of salt. People only have something to say when in their minds its something negative even if they are wrong. My experience has been top notch and will be buying again. Keep up the good work !

Been trying to return item that was duplicated on granddaughters birthday list since early August.
Emailed 4 times to get return label but no one answers
Address on parcel is just a post office not a proper address??

Have bought 2 of the same necklaces from here as a gift for my daughter. The first one broke after 2 weeks so I re purchased another for it to arrive already broken in the packaging. I’ve emailed, facebooked, left messages on instagram, commented on posts and on tik tok and received no reply! Shocking customer service and a very disappointed daughter! Will not purchase from here again.

Ordered a watch for my Granddaughter. 2 watches arrived and 2 payments taken from my bank,After 4 weeks I was sent an envelope to return 1 watch which Ive done and have still not received my refund after 3 weeks. tried emailing several times and written and sent it recorded delivery, no response. Wish I had kept 1 watch , will never order from cutebitz or recommend. This in my opinion is theft and should be looked into by Shopify and Trust Pilot.

I placed a watch order end of March as a gift for my daughter in April. By May it has gems out of it and despite numerous emails and messages via their Instagram page, no one has got back to me. Their after sales is useless and I wouldn’t recommend the company at all!
