I placed a watch order end of March as a gift for my daughter in April. By May it has gems out of it and despite numerous emails and messages via their Instagram page, no one has got back to me. Their after sales is useless and I wouldn’t recommend the company at all!

Order hasn’t arrived and I sent 3 emails. None of which have been answered

Arrived 2 days later after ordering and such pretty jewellery. Definitely will buy again.

They respond to the emails promptly if you get any issues with your order, payment etc. This attitude shows that it is a good, reliable business and can be trusted.

This is a proper fraudulent website. Beware! It is powered by shopify and it would mark the item purchased as delivered but no item is actually delivered. IT IS PROPER SCAM. I bought a necklace for my daughter and it never arrived.

I wish I had read the reviews before trying to buy. Paid for a set but only sent earrings. No contact details on website. My niece will be really upset and so am I. Buyer beware

I placed an order last week. Have received no update or the order. I have emailed several times with no response. I have tried contacting them via instagram but they keep saying I have to pay to register with them to receive my order!!!!!!
Customer service is absolutely shocking.DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

Absolute scam! Paid for a ring for my daughter for her birthday, ordered on 26/11/22 well I advanced on my daughters birthday (12/12/22) emailed the seller on 8/12/22 asking for an update and had no response. I then messaged her on Instagram page 13/12/22 asking for an explanation and a refund as it hasn’t arrived and I had, had no communication from her. Once again ignored, messaged her for the second time 15/12/22 no reply and I’m guessing I won’t be receiving reply, the ring or even a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

My daughter ordered a watch for me to give to my granddaughter for Christmas. I am still waiting for my order which was made weeks ago. Ignoring all contact complete scam!!!! Do not use this site very poor customer service!!!!

I ordered an item end of November as a Christmas present and have not received it. I have been told it is down to Royal Mail delays!
I have now been told I will receive a refund on the item which I told them I still wanted to be told this is due to delay in delivery and if I still want the item to re order, so they will then have £40 of my money, I don’t think so!! Scam! Oh and the item has now increased in price from £19 to £20!
Makes no sense, terrible company, terrible customer service!
Surely they should find an alternative delivery service to honor orders already made especially when they have taken your money. Certainly won’t be using again!! Avoid avoid!

Emailed 3 times to check the progress of the item I have ordered for a birthday present. Last email I have mentioned the lack of a response and that I will be requesting a refund. Royal Mail tracking not recognising tracking number. Have to apologise item arrived today but no warning it had been dispatched and no reply to emails.

Item took as week or so to arrive but considering the postal delays, that's fine. Item came wrapped in a nice bag and box. Daughter will be happy.
