I had a few questions and customer service was great about answering them.

I ordered a cat bed in mid-December, hoping it would arrive before Christmas, but tracking showed it was delayed. I contacted Yvonne at Support and she promptly told me delivery would take time. That turned out to be true. The cat bed finally arrived via USPS about one month after I ordered it.

The cat bed itself is as advertised and appears to be of very good quality. I give the company four stars, subtracting one star for the delay.

ordered cat beds from cutypet 10/24/25contacted customer service said they would ship again that shipping address was not found.then said items were left in or at mailbox.never received. then gave me a usps shipping info that was for another package for a different shipping address.this is a scam company or a very bad business plan.these cat beds finally arrived around the first of February 2026.the beds are nice but the ones i ordered are too small for my cat.i will have to donate them to a sanctuary and let the kittens enjoy them.thanks to cuty pet for getting them to me.

Never got my order they are absolutely terrible at helping customers find where the product got delivered because it didn’t come to me

Nous sommes très contents du manteau que nous avons acheté pour Sanka. Moelleux à l’intérieur, résistant à la pluie. Très pratique avec son attache sur le dos tel un harnais 👌🏼

After a bit of a delay, I did finally get my two pet beds I ordered. Thank you Cutypet for coming through! My cats love their beds. However, more specific tracking would be a benefit to everyone. Thank you! 👍

I retracted my previous experience as some miracle I got my items i think the intervention of customer service helped as they obtained information I could not. Thank you for that

Well miracles happen. I received my pet bed. It is cute as can be. I don’t know why it took a month to get to me but it’s a quality product. I wish I would’ve ordered the bigger size so whatever you order from the site it’s gonna take a while.
Highly recommend them.

Trying to get information about my order I placed on November 23rd for a cat bed..allegedly it cleared customs on November 30th, still waiting for confirmation of where it is? Still need my cat bed its NOT been delivered!

Meine Mutter hat eine Hunderampe bestellt für stolze Chf. 99.95 und totaler Schrott erhalten.
Totaler Betrug, man erhält nicht das Produkt wo man Bestellt hat. Minderwertige Qualität und teils schon defekt. Es stimmt gar nichts überein von der bestellte Hunderampe und von der wo gekommen ist. Lasst die Finger von solchen Firmen wo bei Facebook, Instagram oder TikTok Werbung machen, immer verarschung.

At the beginning of November, I ordered two dog ramps. They were supposed to arrive in Switzerland by 25th of November at the latest, but that wasn't the case. Given the many negative reviews of Cutypet on the internet, I was honestly a little concerned and contacted their customer support. They responded very quickly, saying that the dog ramps were on their way but that there were sometimes delays with the courier service. Indeed, a few days later, the two packages arrived. I immediately screwed the legs onto the dog ramps and set them up. They look great and seem very solid. I confirmed receipt to Cutypet. To my surprise, customer service not only thanked me for my message, but also gave me valuable tips on how to get my dog used to using the ramp. Based on my positive experience with both the product and customer service, I can recommend the dog ramp. I'm deducting one star solely because of the delay in delivery.

Vendu comme étant un site suisse marchandises, arrivée de Chine, une qualité déplorable le fond du soi-disant pouf pour Chien est simplement agrafés sur un carton. Les pieds sont mis séparément, il n’y a aucun trou fait préalable pour les installer et aucune vis disponible!! la qualité du tissus est catastrophique. Synthétique qui durera à peine un mois, rien à voir avec la photo de la publicité, tout ça pour 99 Fr.

Ils disent livraison express mais ça vient de Chine et non Neuchâtel comme j'ai pensé, commande 5 nov on est le 22 nov et toujours rien. J espère que ça arrivera un jour car déjà payé. Je ne recommande pas ce site.

Arnaque totale. Article commandé depuis 3 semaines, je vois sur le suivi colis (qui vient de Chine comme on peut s'en douter) qu'il a été retourné à l'envoyeur au passage à la douane (refus en douane). Pour un panier pour chat....
Surtout ne commandez jamais chez eux !

Arnaque. Depuis le mois de juillet j’essaye de me faire rembourser un panier que j’ai reçu dans la mauvaise taille. J’ai toutes les preuves à l’appui mais bizarrement ils ne répondent plus aux mails. Je trouve cela vraiment honteux et me demande comme on peut vivre sereinement en sachant qu’on arnaque des gens.

Cela fait plus de 10 jours que j’ai commandé 3 articles chez vous. Je vous ai fait confiance mais pas de nouvelles de ces articles ( bloqués en mode « en préparation »).
Vous ne répondez même pas à messages. Impossible à joindre.Pas sérieux. Les clients reçoivent leur produit une fois sur 2. Je pense que c’est une arnaque, attention ⚠️

Be cautious!

Ordered 2 times already. First time the calming bed, second time the cat basket and the cleaning glove. Every item I ordered came quickly and is as described. My cat loooves the bed and the basket! Customer support is also really good. The bed was a little too small for our Mina, so I wrote them, and they sent me a bigger one without additional costs. Customer support also answers questions really quickly and it seems that they really care for our furry friends 🥰

Ordered cat bed on 24/8/2025 and still not received item. When I emailed them they said I had omitted my house number even though I am sure I paid through Apple Pay that put address in. Sent them the house number 26/9 and not a bean since. This has to be a scam and have either asked for tracking number or refund. I won’t hold my breath on this.
