I didn’t get confirmation of the order and it didn’t turn up. I contacted ‘customer service’ who said it was because I didn’t supply an email when I ordered it (which is rubbish). They gave me a tracking number which said it was on its way but now, that tracking number doesn’t exist and still no order. I’ve contacted them for a refund but am not holding my breath

My cats "the Bro's " I call them love these baskets! They love to play & curl up to sleep in them.

I wasn't sure if my cat would care for another bed, but the CutyPet Basket turned out to be a winner. As soon as I put it down, she jumped in and hasn't left it since. The shape is super cute and the material feels durable but soft. It holds its shape well and doesn't shed any little fibers like cheaper ones do.

I also love that it has a little rope toy attached — my cat plays with it constantly before falling asleep. It’s the perfect size, cozy without being too hot (especially for summer), and it looks great in my living room.

Highly recommend if your cat likes to curl up somewhere snug!

J’ai commandé deux produits sur CutyPet : le Flappy Bird pour mon chat, et la brosse à vapeur pour mon chien.
Franchement très satisfait des deux !

Le jouet Flappy Bird est super interactif, mon chat ne s’en lasse pas. Il adore le chasser dans tout l’appartement, et ça l’occupe pendant un bon moment.

Quant à la brosse à vapeur, elle fonctionne vraiment bien pour le toilettage. Mon chien l’a bien supportée et son pelage est ressorti tout propre et brillant. Il faut juste bien suivre les conseils pour ne pas trop la remplir.

Livraison correcte et service client réactif. Je recommande !

Never received the item that I ordered even though it says it was delivered but it never showed up.

False advertising, flappy birds do not fly, the videos have obviously been edited! I also bought the ball which was great for 24 hours but then just stopped working. I have emailed twice, no response. Down £60. Rip off merchants. Beware.

Bought 2 of the 'flying' bird toy - it does not fly, advert is heavily edited and in violation of advertising standards. Product leaflet also states that x2 packets of catnip should be included with each toy, to be inserted in the zipped compartments, but this was missing for both birds. Giving 2 stars rather than 1 as delivery was on time and the product sent is of decent quality (despite missing catnip), and if I had intentionally bought this type of toy, I would have been happy with it. This company should try honest advertising as they're obviously capable of delivering a reasonable product, but due to the dishonesty, I will never risk ordering from them again.

I bought a “flying” cat toy. The video has obviously been fudged. Clearly I was naive in trusting the advertising.

The bird unsurprisingly does not fly. It is also a third of the size of my cat - the cat is scared of the toy.

Customer services don’t reply. Not hopeful of refund.

Product sent from China though appears to be a Swiss company.
