The content is excellent, site extremely glitchy
The content is excellent, but sadly the site is very glitchy and kept changing information that it shouldn’t have, I went on several support calls, but it kept happening over and over again, even the online chat kept glitching and ending the chat randomly. Shame because it’s potentially a really good site. After spending about 6 hours, 3 support calls I ended up typing it all myself in word. Very frustrating!

CV and covering letter help
I needed a CV and covering letter quick for a job I wanted to apply for but as I've been out of work for a long period (bringing up my children) I needed to start from scratch as I didn't have one. I didn't know where to start but the amount of help was fantastic. I really feel I had a great CV by the end of it and it didn't take me half as long as they have suggestions and many different ways to set it out depending what you want/need. Thank you. I'll be back.
