WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS: Be extremely careful ordering from CV Linens.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I spent over $1,500 on event décor for my upcoming wedding, returned merchandise in good faith, and instead of handling the matter professionally, they refused my refund and claimed the items were “damaged.”
My wedding is not even until July 2026, so I had absolutely no reason to use or damage these items. Tracking confirmed the return was delivered, yet the company still chose to keep my money and refuse accountability.
What makes this situation even worse is how rude, dismissive, and unprofessional their customer service team was throughout the process. There was no genuine attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Instead of working with a paying customer, they immediately became defensive and unhelpful.
Now they are sending the merchandise back after denying the refund, leaving me to deal with the stress, financial loss, and uncertainty of what condition the items may even be in after being in transit and in their possession.
As a business owner myself, I understand returns and customer disputes happen. What matters is how a company handles them — and in my opinion, CV Linens completely failed in professionalism, fairness, customer care, and trustworthiness.
Please read return policies VERY carefully before ordering from this company because if something goes wrong, do not expect understanding or reasonable customer service.

The team was super responsive and friendly, assuring me that my order would arrive on time—and it did! Great customer service and fast shipping. Highly recommend!

This company it’s the worst!! You place an order pay 225 they provide a delivery date of 1/22 then bc of the delivery I purchased the charger beaded plates then they right away stated there was a delay. After purchased was completed. Now they want to sent me half of my order. When is for a wedding! I said no to give me a refund and they want to inconvenience me even more suggesting to sent the items back to them . Why sent me an incomplete order ? That’s not what I paid for!’ DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Endlessly frustrating experience
Endlessly frustrating experience. I live in northern CA and am having my wedding in southern CA, where much of my family lives. In my original order, I listed my sister in LA as the shipping address and my address as the billing address. After over a week, I was unceremoniously notified that my order had been canceled because the shipping and billing addresses did not match. Two ways to make this a non issue in the future: (1) make such a policy readily known on the website, (2) do not allow orders to go through with different shipping and billing address. Better yet, do away with this ill-conceived policy.
I called to follow-up and was told that I would need to re-order AND pay for expedited shipping ($100+) if I wanted my original order to get there on time. I was assured that it would be okay for me to use my same card because I was pre-confirming my identity on the phone. Today, my order was canceled again.
I hope CV Linens can remedy this failure on their end. I cannot recommend them, but if there are no other possible places to buy event supplies, you should buy anything from CV Linens several months in advance - so that you have ample time to order and reorder and perhaps still never receive your goods.
